Excellent value, pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very good value, lovely room and good breakfast. Really good sleep. Nice staff. They were really helpful and loved the flask of fresh milk for the room.

Cons:

Not a lot to say against it. Slightly noisy on first night from bar downstairs but it didn’t last long and didn’t disturb us.

Peaceful , Pleasant Parkwood Hotel
Pros:

Lovely location, generally peaceful and surrounding area extremely pleasant residential area with a great Public Park area. Tastefully decorated in keeping with age of Building. Well appointed room, with probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in .Good Breakfast too, had Eggs Benedict served the "right way" with Sauce on the side in a jug rather than poured on already.

Comfortable bed, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. Served it's purpose for our short stay.

Cons:

Room was small, not much room to move around. Bright light outside window at night. Disappointing breakfast, no fruit or brown bread. Evening meal also disappointing as didn't match its description.
