Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was good.
My booking included breakfast which was not supplied. It was Christmas however my booking stated this was included but I was not advised this would not be supplied till I checked in, and with no apology. I was simply told or "yeah meant to call you but as you can see we are run off our feet !!! " I requested some form of compensation which I was told would need to be claimed from booking.com. They have advised me since this is not the case. The hotel has not responded to either mine or Booking.com's customer services complaint. The hotel itself is fairly clean and adequate but shabby and tired around the edges.
Staff made me felt welcomed and were friendly.

Their system of ordering breakfast on the evening for it being ready at a set time was a great idea.
First night room was too hot but after adjusting heating in the room it was fine the second night.
I stayed in a the solo room and the emergency light is bright which might disturb some people but it never bothered me.
