Pros:

Fresh smell to the room and the bedding was crisp and clean.

Cons:

Property was very run down. The rooms were quite dated. Bathroom was in rough shape.... however- it was clean.

Great location, assigned parking spot.

Cons:

Second night I came back to the room and there was water around the toilet. It did not smell bad, but I think something happened while I was hiking. I just put extra towels on the floor to dry it out.

I think it wasn’t bad considering the price.
Pros:

I like the location. Moab is a great place totally

Cons:

The address was confusing. And my parking spot was not exactly in front of my room. At night, it was noisy. Some people were talking at midnight in front of my room in the courtyard and didn’t let me to have a comfortable sleep at night.

Cabelos compartilhados na cama, nunca mais!

Localização: bem próxima aos parques nacionais.
Havia microondas e geladeira no quarto.

Cons:

Limpeza: Não esperava nenhum luxo pelo preço pago, mas o mínimo que eu esperava era uma cama com lençóis limpos.
Assim que chegamos fui conferir o lençol e vi que estava amassado e havia muitos pedaços de cabelo e pelos por toda a cama.
Chamei o recepcionista que garantiu que o lençol era limpo, mas ele também achou estranho ter cabelos na minha cama. Tirou fotos do lençol e prontamente trouxe lençóis novos, mas também suspeitos. Fiquei com bastante nojo para dormir lá, mas ainda bem que só foi por 1 noite. Não voltaria nunca aqui.

O check in e check out tem que ser feitos no hotel ao lado, pois no Inca não há recepção.

Simpe, affordable comfort in Moab
Pros:

The Inca Inn is a solid budget choice in Moab. The rooms are dated but clean, with all the basics. The bed was comfortable. The night we stayed, the temperature was in the single digits, but the radiator worked well, and our room was warm.
The motel is in a good location on the north end of town. There is some traffic noise, so earplugs may be helpful for light sleepers.
Arun, the front desk clerk, was very helpful. He went out of his way to find an item I had left in the room.
I would highly recommend the Inca Inn for an affordable, comfortable stay.

Good price for a cozy room to stay!
Pros:

I liked how my room and my best friend's room were connected!! It was so fun for us to be able to go between rooms! The man running the place was extremely nice and helpful!

Cons:

The ice machine didn't work and the vending machine was not operational.
