Devo dire che sono rimasto veramente sorpresa dalla qualita del cibo della pulizia e accoglienza ricevuta un ringraziamento particolare va a mamud della reception che parla Italiano e si e messo ha completa disposizione per farci vivere un soggiorno bellissimo

Absolutely amazing👌💯
Pros:

Royal Monte Carlo hotel in Sharm el Sheikh blew our mind. The place was amazing!!! It had everything you want & need and more.
Wonderful clean rooms (and those BEDS - super comfortable), beach, pool, food, gardens, etc.
But the best part was the service there👌. Absolutely superb - fom the moment we stepped into the hotel - what a treatment we received🙌.
There was some trouble with my reservation but the way it was handled and solved - never experienced that kind of top notch customer service. They were always there when we had a question. Our contact in the reception (Mohamed) was so helpful, solved every situation with ease. Even the half a day gap we had between our check-out and drive to the airport - solved beautifully. So grateful🙏🏻

If you are contemplating about upgrading your Monte Carlo vacation to ROYAL, then please do, without hesitation!!! You won't regret it. It will take your vacation to the next level. So worth it. The ala carte restaurants, the peaceful and private royal breakfast lounge with personal chef (and a manager Mahmoud - was super helpful and made our stay delightful), the private (no-kids) beach area and service there, etc - simply amazing. Royal package adds so much to the experience - things I didnt even realize I needed and wanted🥰

Super grateful for this amazing experience.
Will definitely reccommend and return🌞

أجمل مكان في شرم للاستجمام والهدوء بعيد عن الضجيج والصخب ووجع الراس

نعم استمتعت بالفطور والاكل بصفه عامه كان ممتاز والأستاف بالمطعم صراحه إطلب منهم وتمني والجميع في خدمتك بكل حب وإبتسام وترحاب
أخص بالشكر محمود وأبانوب بالريسبشن
بالمطعم أشكر الشيف أحمد وسيد ووليد وهاني
والشباب ع الشاطيء ومحمد بخدمه الغرف
الجميع بصراحه خدمتهم ممتازه لا أتذكر جميع الاسماء
والجميل أن مالك الفندق متواجد باستمرار لمتابعه العمل ومدير الفندق أيضآ وهذا شيء يحترم من وجهه نظري
وهذه ثالث زياره لي للفندق ودائمآ خدمتهم رائعه شكرآ للجميع يعطيكم العافيه
