Pros:

Great location, The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained throughout our stay. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Wessa, who went above and beyond to help us find a suitable solution after the initial room allocation issues. His professionalism and willingness to assist were truly appreciated.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options available every morning. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Semsem, whose kindness and positive attitude made every breakfast even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay didn't start as smoothly as we had hoped. Our check-in was delayed because the first room assigned to us was on the ground floor, where maintenance work was taking place right next to the terrace, creating a significant amount of noise. We requested a different room, but the alternative offered had twin beds, even though we had specifically requested a queen bed, which was our preferred bedding.
The hotel then kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. Before accepting, we were informed that maintenance work was taking place on the floor above, but we were assured that it would only be between 9:00 AM and around 5:00 PM. Since we planned to spend most of our day at the beach during those hours, we agreed. Unfortunately, the work actually started at around 8:00 AM, which disturbed our mornings and did not match what we had been told.
I completely understand that maintenance is sometimes unavoidable, but I believe better planning, clearer communication, and avoiding assigning guests to rooms directly affected by renovation work would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
Despite these inconveniences, this certainly won't be our last visit. We simply hope to return at a time when there is no maintenance work so we can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that the hotel has to offer.

Amazingly good getaway
Pros:

This is my third time staying at Ali Pasha, and each visit has exceeded my expectations. The level of service is consistently exceptional, making every stay a wonderful experience.

The staff are all incredibly welcoming and professional, but a special thank you to Maryam for her outstanding hospitality. She truly made our stay even more memorable. I can’t wait to come back again
