Sol Arrayan Hotel & Spa

Très bon hôtel, superbe vue, belle piscine, chambre impeccable. Et surtout un excellant service de tout le staff, de la réception au bar et restaurant.

At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening.
Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around.
Our misfortune was that our checkin was December 24 and most services (F&B, Spa) were just not available.
Breakfast (xmas morning!) was nothing particular. Just plain continental without any xmas atmosphere.
Maintenance is needed as many areas show damaged woodwork and painting opportunities.
All in all not the experience we expected. This hotel is probably a better choice in winter time.

O Hotel está com spa em obras. No geral é muito boa a localização mas falta uma melhor conservação do hotel.

Fue una estadía inolvidable, descansada, y sumamente disfrutable. Con vistas maravillosas desde todos los ambientes del hotel. El olor a limpio emana desde todos sus rincones. Disfrutamos de su piscina climatizada en el relax de cada tarde, así como de la comida ofrecida en los desayunos y en su restaurante. Volveríamos sin duda.

Beautiful lake location close to town. Great staff and excellent restaurant

The room very small with 2 extra small beds, no courtains on the window. The room was not clean with “hair”everywhere. The staff did not help at all. This is not a 4 star hotel, only a 2 star hotel. Unfortunately nothing good to say about this hotel. Will never stay at this Hotel again !!!

La habitacion extremadamente pequeña con 2 camas muy chicas duras y malas. No habia cortina black out en la ventana, en la mañana entraba toda la luz. La habitacion sucia llena de pelos por todos lados. El personal muy poco amable, no ayudaron en nada.
Dice ser un hotel 4 estrellas, pero 2 estrellas es realmente lo que es. Lamentablemente nada bueno que decir de este hotel, no volveré a quedarme ahi, ni lo recomiendo

La vista bellísima el hotel muy exclusivo, solo agregaría un mejor servicio en el spa y mejorar la carne del restaurante

We liked everything. The rooms, the common places, all face the lake through huge windows. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities, although we didn't use them since we spent all our free time seating in the incredible lobbies they had. We even extended our stay by 3 days, cutting short our stay at San Martin de los Andes

O lugar é bom, mas o hotel precisa de muitas renovações. O quarto é pequeno e decepcionante, o banheiro é muito ruim. A vista é linda.
O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Não indico para ninguém

The staff was so helpful, always willing to make your stay better, food was good, concierge always a willing to facilitate.
