Kamers iets wat verouderd - met name de badkamer. Wel allemaal schoon.

Éviter les chbres à proximité des 2 ascenseurs
Pros:

Tout à l’étroit et confort médiocre, Impossible de dormir ds la chambre 625 car à côté de l’ascenseur principal, évacuation sanitaire des chambres voisines ds nos murs
Seul le personnel sauve le séjour par leurs professionnalisme

La habitación muy limpia, amplia y acogedora.
Buena distribución, vistas fantásticas y un buen trato con el personal del hotel. Fácil para aparcar y gratis. Seguro que repetiremos!

Hotel que queda alejado si la idea no és esquiar.
Actualmente no tenían disponibles muchos de los servicios que ofrecen (sala de juegos, sala infantil...). Aun no tener servicio de animación infantil, podrian tener habilitada la sala ya que no hay muchas opciones para niños a los alrededores (parques, etc).
Limpieza de la habitación justa.
Personal de recepción y de comedor de 10!!! Muy atentos, amables y simpáticos.

Pros:

Grand parking au pied de l'hôtel ce qui devient si rare en Andorre.
Très bel hôtel de qualité avec la gentillesse et l'attention de tout le personnel.
Chambre immense, silencieuse avec une belle vue sur la montagne et tout le confort qui va avec un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Great, easy parking and great views.
Pros:

Great place, loved the view from the balcony and the big comfortable lounge. The buffets were big and plentiful. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was a slight issue that we ordered 2 drinks at dinner and 2 separate waitresses came over for us to sign them to our room. We didnt know why they came twice as they didnt speak english but when we came to check out they asked us to pay for drinks. The lady on the front desk sorted it but just something to be aware of.

Positiv: Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich, Frühstück/Dinner gut, großer Parkplatz, gutes Wi-Fi.
Negativ: Familienzimmer im 1.OG direkt über dem Raucherbereich - daher konnte das Fenster meist nicht geöffnet werden (Zimmer ab 2.OG haben Balkone, sind aber wohl von der Fläche her etwas kleiner). Zustand der Küche nicht gut: Kühlschrank alt und laut und ohne Gefrierfachklappe, sodass alles im Kühlschrank Aufbewahrte vereiste. Im separaten Klo Silberfischchen entdeckt.
