Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. On our last evening, we attended the Lobster Night, which was an amazing experience. The food was excellent, and the live performance by the South African band created a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only issue was at check-in. We were initially given a different room than the one I had booked. The staff first explained that it had a sea view and was even better, but I had specifically chosen my room because it was larger, not because of the view. After I explained this, they immediately understood my concern, upgraded us to an even better and more spacious room, and resolved the situation very quickly. I really appreciated how professionally and efficiently they handled the issue.

Pros:

Amus suitlerden birinde kaldık. Odamız büyüklüğü itibariyle iyiydi havuz teras kısmı güzeldi ayrıca temizdi. Oda kahvaltı almıştık açık büfe kahvaltı güzeldi.

החדר שקיבלנו היה בקומה התשיעית מתחת לחדר אוכל והיה הרבה רעש, החלון השקיף לחדר אחר במלון והיו יונים.
החדר לא נוקה כל השבוע שהיינו ולא הוחלפו מגבות ובמקלחון לא הייתה זכוכית אז כל המים היו על הרצפה
האוכל בחדר אוכל בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מגוון וכל בוקר היה אותו דבר
המלון בסהכ היה בסדר אבל לא הרגיש כמו מלון 5 כוכבים

overall the hotel met our expectations
Pros:

The staff at the kids club, pool area, and restaurants were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable. The sea view room has great view as well as the main restaurant and bar on the 11th floor. Room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, the beach was 2 mins away. Particularly we enjoyed the sunsets from the bar - they were amazing. The food in Varcalora restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

The main disappointment was that we were not given the room category we had originally reserved - I requested a quiet room during booking process. Instead, we were assigned a room one floor below the main restaurant, where staff began moving furniture as early as 6:00 AM, creating significant noise. Since we were visiting to celebrate my birthday, it was particularly frustrating to spend part of that day packing, changing rooms, and unpacking again. As a recommendation to future travelers - do not agree to stay in the sea-view rooms on the 9th floor unless you are an early riser.

One area for improvement would be the kids club, which in my opinion could offer more organized activities for children and operate for longer hours.

A one week stay would be enough and I’m unsure if I would return

Service: Breakfast/Lunch Waitress Eleftheria and Poolside Waitresses Maria and Valerie were excellent
Amenities:
Food: Selection overall was well presented but the variety was poor, disappointing and monotonous for a 5* hotel
Pools: Good variety of pools outdoor including outdoor and indoor adult only pools
Plenty of sunbeds but a shame the hotel does not enforce its sunbed reservation policy. Many people reserve poolside sunbeds at 07:30 then disappear and return in the afternoon
Entertainment: unfortunately very limited. Daytime activities limited to water aerobics, darts and water polo whilst evening entertainment was generally bingo and karaoke

Beautiful Spa Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the spa. The facilities were clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The treatments were excellent, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout my visit. A special thank you to Eleftheria and Roxanne, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

A family holiday perspective…
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Amus Hotel. The staff were lovely throughout my visit—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were well maintained and in good condition, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The only area where I feel the hotel could improve is the evening entertainment. One of the nights during our stay there was 2 male singers that were very talented this was one of our favourite evenings at the hotel and I believe this nature of entertainment should be adopted for every evening .

Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would happily recommend the hotel to others.

Great value for all inclusive experience
Pros:

Great service, staff and facilities I enjoyed the tennis court, the pools and the close by beach. The all inclusive had a variety of drinks and cocktails and the theme restaurants were great in quality.

Cons:

The hotel has a policy where you must book the theme restaurants up to two days in advance. Unfortunately they were overbooked a few times, which meant we missed out on them and I never even got to try the Greek theme restaurant. This wouldn't have been as big of an issue if the main restaurant buffet was at the same level or close, but the lunch and dinner food in the main restaurant was bland.
