у нас был номер на 11м этаже улучшенный бунгало и это потрясающе, бассейн на этаже . но чтобы взять полотенца для бассейна нужно было спуститься на 0 и идти брать полотенца в Спа. ну это правда неудобно

Extremely disappointed – poor service and subpar rooms

We booked a "Deluxe Room with Forest View" with a confirmed double bed, but were initially given a ground-floor room facing a tennis court two meters away with zero privacy. After complaining, the reception offered vague promises and only moved us after persistent insistence. The final room we received was extremely dark, located at the very edge of the property, and felt like a deliberate punishment. To make matters worse, we got two single beds pushed together with a huge gap in the middle, a leaking air conditioner, mosquitoes throughout the room, unusable Wi-Fi in the bathroom, and terrible noise insulation from the room above. The staff showed complete dismissiveness instead of basic service. All we asked for was what we paid for.
On top of everything, the hotel food was tasteless and caused us severe stomach issues during our stay

Pros:

We found that the hotel offered all the comforts we needed whether it was in the room or out by one of the pools. The great selection of places to meet our fellow friends and to eat and drink.. We loved the general vibe of the hotel.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything specifically that we didn’t like.

Nice staff and good location but defiantly not a 5* experience
Pros:

Good location with direct access to the beach. Staff was incredible and very friendly and attentive. The restaurants offered a variety of food and there was nice live entertainment.

Cons:

where to begin….
- we paid more to get a sea view room. we were unfortunately given one of the 2 rooms right at the end, so we had a view of the neighbouring hotels balconies, a big tree and if you lean you can see some sea. this was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, as the guests from the other hotel all had a good view of our balcony and frequently sat outside topless.
- Housekeeping started making a ruckus at 9am, so if you’re here for a relaxing holiday where you want to sleep in, don’t come here
- the food at the buffet was subpar. The meats were very dry or oily, the selection was boring
- the drinks at the pool were subpar aswell.
- we booked all inclusive but it had many restrictions. The bar and the pool were only open from 10am. This included the cafe and the ability to even get a bottle of water. So you have to wait until 10? the pool closes before sunset at 6pm. So does the spa. The drinks for the all inclusive stop at 23:30pm. All these restrictions don’t create a relaxing atmosphere but rather make you try to fit your day around the hotels time. I never experienced such restrictions. The AI drinks choice was also confusing as certain cocktails weren’t included and had to be purchased.

Pros:

The pools were nice and enjoyable.
I also appreciated the flexibility with the half-board option. We could switch dinner for lunch if we wanted to, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

The food was average at best, especially compared to another hotel we stayed at during our vacation.
Although we booked half board, the hotel has a policy of charging extra for drinks during dinner — even water! This was disappointing, as I would expect at least water to be included with the meal.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are nicely designed, the pools are excellent, and the beach is great.

Also the greek restaurant is outstanding.

Cons:

We booked the All Inclusive package, but in reality it felt more like “Almost Inclusive.” Almost everywhere you go, the first thing they explain is what is not included in your package. The general feeling is that guests are treated like walking wallets, with constant attempts to make you spend more money.

Even the things that were included in the All Inclusive package were not always clearly presented. For example, there was a large, prominently displayed ice cream freezer with ice creams that cost extra, while the ice creams included in the All Inclusive package were kept in a much smaller, less visible freezer that was covered and easy to miss. It gave us the feeling that the paid options were deliberately made much more noticeable than the options already included in our package.

The food was also disappointing for a five-star hotel. There was very little variety, with almost the same dishes served every day at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A lot of the food felt industrial or processed, there was a very limited selection of vegetables. The separate restaurants do provide some welcome variety.

In addition, water is not supplied free of charge in the hotel, Guests who are not on the All Inclusive plan even have to pay for water, with a bottle at the hotel costing €3.50, or carry water from the local supermarket which is about 7-8 minutes walk away from the hotel.

At last, the price that the hotel is charging for a taxi in thier website is 15€ higher than ordering a cab from the airport will cost you.
