Un excellent établissement que je recommande.
Pros:

2ème visite et toujours autant de plaisir. Tout était parfait ~! Une mention spéciale a Audrey de la réception ainsi qu a la Manager qui étaient ravies de nous revoir et ont tout fait pour nous faire plaisir. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions dans la chambre. MERCI!

Cons:

Manque de fruits au petit dejeuner.
L'animation diurne et nocture pourrait etre améliorées.

Pros:

La chambres était très agréable même si la salle de bain était petite tout était propre
Le personnel attentionné avec notre enfants

Le buffet pourrait être de meilleure qualité
Devoir réserver notre place au restaurant sur une application mais il y’avait à chaque fois plus de place

Pros:

Great location and the buffet was very unexpectedly tasty and plentiful in options!

Cons:

Quite pricey per night and the bathroom was a little small even though the main room was huge.

The room was ok very clean. All 3 restaurants had amazing food. Really nice hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like the checkout "early breakfast" we checked out very early at 6 AM and told the reception about it. they said that they can arrange an "early breakfast" that contained only dry and very sweet cookies (not something I would start my 5 year old with) and filter coffee. Needless to say we didn't touch it.
Not a even a bottle of water and a simple sandwich. very disappointing.

Pros:

Hotel & Spa in Rhodes, and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways.
Our suite with a private pool was simply amazing. It was beautifully presented, spacious, comfortable and gave us the perfect space to relax and enjoy our holiday. Having our own private pool was a real highlight and made the stay feel extra special.
However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from the wonderful team. A very special mention must go to Daria, Chris, Lia, Aois, Makis, Magda and Lydia. Every one of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued and genuinely looked after. Their warmth, kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made such a difference to our holiday.
