La limpieza un desastre. Entramos y estaba sucios de varios huéspedes anteriores! El inodoro manchado con orina y las paredes del baño salpicadas con vómito. Les dijimos y mandaron a limpiar pero todo seguía sucio. Silla rota. Cama incómoda. Enviamos un paquete por correo que figura Ana como entregado pero ellos dijeron que no. No es confiable enviarlos allí. El servicio de playa es un desastre. Entra gente que no es del hotel o del Carlton y les da una propina a los encargados del sector. Así que, no deberían pero se mezcla con gente de afuera y después te dicen que no hay sillas para los clientes. La vista es a la calle. Los vidrios sucios que no se ve para afuera. El extractor del baño no funciona. Muy caro para lo que es.

Achei que pelo padrão do apartamento faltou jogos americanos , mais louças . Enfim enxoval da cozinha deficiente .
Excellent location. Room was spacious with enough room and bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient with dishes and utensils. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The TV provider is awful. There is no channel guide and it is difficult to find major networks. There is no access to business or sports networks and there is only 1 local news channel. The channels available were only for old shows or shows in Spanish.
This was very disappointing. For a residence of this caliber, there is no reason why they can’t have a TV provider which provides access to news networks, sports, shows etc.

The suite was fully stocked with plates and silverware, a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, and oven. It felt like a full apartment. There was so much room to spread out and an incredible amount of storage space.

Персонал на стойке, липкий пол, взяли залог 500$ и до сих пор не вернули, при мне было 2 ругани на стойке регистрации, люди прям орали. Кому-то за доп услуги скрытые ещё 1000 $ насчитали.
