Des fourmis dans les lits
Pros:

La ville est charmante, le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une expérience extrêmement décevante dans cet établissement. En nous réveillant, nous avons découvert que notre lit était infesté de minuscules fourmis. Mes enfants étaient terrifiés. En inspectant davantage la chambre, nous avons constaté la présence de fourmis dans les deux lits ainsi que sur le divan — bref, sur toutes les surfaces rembourrées.

Nous n’avions pourtant apporté aucune nourriture dans la chambre. Heureusement, nous n’y passions qu’une seule nuit.

Lorsque nous avons signalé la situation à la réception avant notre départ, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de fourmis dans la chambre la veille - aucun geste de dédommagement ne nous a été proposé. Même constat après avoir envoyé un message via Booking : nous n'avons eu aucune réponse.

C’est une situation que je n’avais jamais vécue et que je ne souhaite à personne.

Klimatyczny hotel w historycznym centrum Tropei
Pros:

Bardzo ładny hotel w starej willi. Pokoje z oryginalnym wystrojem (freski na ścianach), dobrze wyposażone. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta, blisko restauracji, sklepów i plaży. Teren hotelu zadbany, z dużą ilością roślin i ciekawą architekturą ogrodową. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, a personel bardzo miły. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Cons:

Małym minusem był zapadnięty materac na łóżku i brak czajnika w pokoju.

I love the villa part of the hotel and the staff are so amazing
Pros:

The breakfast was so amazing. Oh my God. Run to that breakfast room. The staff are also super amazing. The villa itself is just super beautiful and amazing looking. Truly an exquisite historical hotel.

Cons:

Since it is a historical hotel, it is a little old and rundown. The pictures online make it seem a little newer than the reality. They do a good job at marketing I think. Yet I was disappointed by the aesthetic of my room. The bed wasn’t that comfortable as well. It just seemed a little outdated yet. It’s a historical hotel so let’s go back to that. It does match the aesthetic overall of the historical hotel. I’m just more of the modern type I guess. So that’s on me for booking a more historical hotel. Also, I got a room with a Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi wasn’t really working properly.
