The friendliness of staff and their ability to pick up quickly what coffee we liked . Being Australian we are not used to European breakfast of pastries, however they was plenty of other options such as yogurt, fruit, toast, eggs

We did struggle with how to turn the showers on, but staff quickly sorted that issue for us.

The biggest highlight is definitely the interior and decor - what an outstanding climate this hotel has while being super cost-efficient! Breakfast was very good, location was perfect.

Cons:

Rooms could be improved a little bit, we liked the general interior, but it definitely looked better on the photos.

Very nice, well decorated rooms, with a great breakfast. We loved Tropea, and the woman that greeted us, Carmela, was very friendly!

Top Lage. freundliches Personal. Passable Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer nett eingerichtet, Netter Innengarten. Frühstück im Innengarten. Terrasse im Eingangsbereich. Nette Einrichtung auf antik getrimmt. Ausreichende Größe Badezimmer und diese gut ausgestattet (mit Wanne inkl. Whirlpool sowie Dusche mit diversen Duschprogrammen - wenn auch schwer durchschaubar)

Zimmer jedoch im Souterrain etwas dunkel. Schlafraum des 1. Zimmers sehr klein. Klimaanlage über dem Bett defekt - hat aufs Bett getropft. Nach Reklamation Zimmer gewechselt. Schlafraum im 2. Zimmer etwas größer. Zimmer im OG möglicherweise heller.
