Kein Muss eher ein „Muss nicht“.

Das Hotel ist ganz ordentlich. Die Lage ist ganz gut. Das Restaurant hat ein vernünftiges Angebot - allerdings haben wir ohne Frühstück gebucht und waren deshalb am 2. Tag außerhalb des Hotels beim Frühstück (im „La Tradicional“), und das war die richtige Entscheidung.

Im Hotel gab es am Anreisetag einen kleinen Begrüssungscocktail und einen 10%-Rabatt auf das Abendessen im Hotelrestsurant. Großartig!

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel doch schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Und zweimaliges Wasserabschalten einfach nicht hinnehmbar. Warum an einem Sonntag Renovierungsarbeiten erforderlich sind, erschließt sich mir nicht. Aber daher war zur Checkliste-Zeit kein Wasser im Badezimmer verfügbar (Waschbecken, WC). Als Problemlösung wurde Zähneputzen in einem anderen noch nicht gereinigten Zimmer ermöglicht. Das finde ich eklig und nicht adäquat. Interessant ist, dass dieses Zimmer bei gleicher Austattung deutlich größer ist; man bekommt also über Booking mögl.-Weise nicht immer das beste Angebot …

Alles hätte insgesamt eine „8“ erlaubt, ich gebe wegen der negativen Kritik eine „1“.

Grande chambre calme avec grande salle d’eau, le tout très propre, super clim et wifi, distributeur eau purifiée chaude et froide au RDC, personnel adorable, belle piscine, cocktail de bienvenue offert.
A 2 pas du terminal de bus, à côté du Chedraui et à 3 pas du centre.
Je recommande et y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Goed hotel maar had ergens gesitueerd moeten zijn.

Het hotel was op zich prima. Goede kamer. Mooie patio met zwembad en restaurant met goed eten.

Cons:

De ligging aan een hele drukke hoofdweg met heel veel vrachtwagens. Het lawaai was hoorbaar tot in het zwembad.
