Excellent central location, and the room was spacious and a great size.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The room was unclean when we checked in, and we had to request that it be cleaned again. The bathroom drains also leaked into the main bedroom, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. In addition, the room was infested with ants, which significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

The air conditioning was also inadequate and not powerful enough to cool the room effectively, resulting in it becoming uncomfortably hot.

While the property is in an excellent central location and the room itself was a good size, the cleanliness, maintenance, and air conditioning issues fell well below the standard we expected.

הצוות מאוד נחמד אבל החדרים לא מתוחזקים מספיק.

הצוות מאוד נחמד השירות מאוד יעיל ומהמענה מאוד מהיר. המיקום מצוין ארוחת הבוקר טובה ועשירה. המלון מאוד יפה ונעים. שדרגו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר כי היה פנוי.

Cons:

המתקנים בחדר לא היו מתוחזקים בצורה טובה. הגומיה של המקלחת הייתה קרועה וכל המים נשפכו החוצה על הרצפה. הברז היה מעט שבור. חזרנו מהים בשעה 22 בלילה עם ילדים ולא היה לנו מים חמים. נאמר לנו שזה בגלל עומס נקודתי. חיכינו עוד עד 1:00 בלילה ולא היה מים חמים ובסופו של דבר הלכנו לישון מלוכלים זה די היה מאכזב.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett und freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf. Der Kaffee ist nicht gut und alles andere nicht schön präsentiert.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο της Πρεβεζας και είναι αρκετά περιποιημένο . Ολα είναι κοντά με τα πόδια . Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό . Το πρωινό αρκετά καλό . Παρόλο που προσφέρει τα βασικά, ήταν όλα σε καλή ποιότητα .

Cons:

Μείναμε σε τρίκλινο κι ήταν λίγο μικρό . Δεν είχε πολύ χώρο .

Bis darauf dass man die Klimaanlage zur Bedienung gesperrt hat war der Aufenthalt gut. Die Klimaanlage wird Zentrale gesteuert - siehe LG Code HL Der Fehlercode HL bei einer LG Klimaanlage bedeutet meistens, dass die Steuerung über eine zentrale Steuereinheit gesperrt ist.
