Чудовий отель ,
Pros:

Дуже крутий готель з чудовим spa, рестораном і персоналом . Неймовірний номер , в нас був видовий номер і це окреме задоволення , яке точно вартує додаткових грошей .

Cons:

В час коли не працює шатл без таксі добратись майже нереально .

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

We had such a great time at this hotel. Our room was in the old section which was huge. Our view looked at downtown Kitzbuhel. The staff were so friendly and professional. (Breakfast, Dinner, Bar, Reception, Spa, Shuttle staff) The shuttle service to the hill and town was great and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. They had everything you could think of. So good that you probably never had to have lunch. Dinners were delicious. I had two spa treatments (facial/massage) which were soooo good.

Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding and dinners. Pool and pool area clean with plenty of towels. Awesome view from the pool. Our room was in the old part. It was huge with an amazing view to Kitzbuhel. The spa was beautiful. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and professional. (Bar, Breakfast, Dinner, Reception and Spa staff) Shuttle Service to the ski hill and town were timely and great!

Das Buffet am Silvesterabend war gut und umfangreich (nicht wie an den anderen Tagen)

Wir hatten uns mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Schön ist der geräumige Pool und die Aussicht vom Wellnessbereich. Das ist schon einmalig.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet (spontan angeboten) sehr oft nachfragen. Nicht nur Speisen waren schnell vergriffen oder erst nach SEHR langer Wartezeit erhältlich, auch Geschirr mussten wir suchen. Schade, dass dieses Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts nicht die gewünschten Leistungen erbringen konnten. Leider hatten wir im Zimmer etwas vergessen und erst kurz nach dem Auschecken bemerkt, was auf Nachfrage dann aber schon nicht mehr auffindbar war. Was noch interessant sein könnte: Es gibt neben der großen Sauna nur noch eine weitere „Sitzsauna“.
