交通方便，環境整潔明亮，櫃檯人員親切友善
房間空間很大，停車很方便，走路到一中夜市距離其實也不算遠
晚上靠窗面向公園的部分，車經過很吵，玻璃隔音感覺不夠好，到凌晨比較沒車才安靜些。浴室和房間只有不透明玻璃，感覺如廁很不自在
