Pros:

everything above expectation as a Holiday inn express, this one is way better than any Holiday inn we have stayed in U.S., clean and modern, we got the park view over looking water fountain, location is great, we walked around park across street and see lots of turtles, koi fishes and birds. Close to other tourists places around old Taichung Train station

Cons:

The only complains are the sound proofing is a bit weak, we can hear some cars outside and the breakfast is just as bad as any free breakfast in US (normally the hotel breakfast in Taiwan is very good)

Pros:

1．一大片落地窗，看向台中公園一片綠意，出遊的心情瞬間都大好了
2．早餐用餐區明亮舒適，品項多，直接當早午餐在享用
3．房間乾淨、舒適、安靜。入住時被告知停車場有在施工，白天會有部份聲響產生，但不至於打擾休息。

Cons:

房間是我訂的，但入住當天我有公務沒辦法準時趕到，所以由我老婆先去辦理入住。

我老婆抵達時，已經提供了證件證明是我的配偶，但櫃檯人員卻責怪我沒有事先告知，甚至質疑我老婆的身分。我覺得在服務態度上有很大的提升空間，尤其是櫃檯人員非要爭個你死我活，不曉得他在爭取什麼樣的正義？

我只是和老婆一起要住飯店，老婆先到了、用她的證件辦理入住，難道這樣要被如此為難嗎？

一般性，下次應該不會再住了
Pros:

早餐不錯，品類也還行。工作人員也都Ok

Cons:

衛生要加強培訓，走道空間太悶空調新風也沒有，住了6天鼻子呼吸都有寫不順暢了

Pros:

Ideal location, freindly staff, they spoke limited English, it was clean and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

I ask the staff at reception how to get to the HSR, they said we will call you a taxi.
I woukd have thought they would know train & bus links as well.
No milk in the fridge.
No bar.9
