Es un hotel muy tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza, queda en las afueras de Manizales. Productos Loto del Sur en el baño, muy rico y variado el desayuno buffet. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron siempre muy amables y atentas.

We had to wait for the check in, because there was only 1 person at the counter. Later we were asked to pay the VAT. The reason why was explained in a rather unclear and condescending way, as it hasn’t happened in any other hotel prior. Facilities close at 6pm, which is very early. The rooms have no AC so it’s quite hot inside. Rooms are also small.

The area outside the hotel is very nice.
