Very friendly and helpful staff, both at reception, the cleaners and also in the restaurant. Everyone was lovely.
Room was great and lovely and cool which was great as it was 33-35 when we stayed. The restaurant food was great too as was the pool itself.
The shower space in our room was a little dirty and could have done with a deep clean. The pool surrounding area could also do with a little TLC and is a little tired looking compared to the photos on the website.

For the price charging , this hotel was below expectations.. dirty, bored staff , no character at all.
Everything, the hotel was unkept, the staff were bored , the room had a balcony with the view of the top terrace which was dirty .. in general it was not worth the price.

La struttura non è assolutamente da considerarsi un quattro stelle. Hotel in decadimento e assolutamente da rivedere la pulizia. Asciugamani grigi e sporco vecchio lungo tutta la cabina doccia, scarico intasato e moquette piena di macchie. Da un quattro stelle inaccettabile forse due!
