N’a pas, ou plus, le niveau d’un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Le personnel avec qui j’ai pu avoir des échanges (accueil, salle petit dej, salle restaurant) était charmant.

Bonne literie

Hotel calme

Bien placé :
- accès rapide au centre de Perpignan
- accès facile aux plages (Canet…) sans devoir traverser toute la ville

WC séparés de la SDB (à noter que ce n’est pas le cas dans toutes les chambres)

Parking sous vidéo surveillance

Resto correct

Cons:

La porte de ma chambre montre des signes d’une ancienne effraction : pas rassurant

Petit déjeuner :
- salle trop petite, trop bruyante, difficile de circuler, on se fait bousculer
- choix correct
- machines à café un peu récalcitrantes

VMC un peu bruyante

Chambre proche du palier donc le bruit de l’ouverture des portes de l’ascenseur résonne dans la chambre

Certains murs sont sales

Coffre de chambre bloqué en position fermé et donc inutilisable même en l’ayant signalé, il n’y a eu aucune action pour remédier au problème

Chaises terrasses sales et salissantes car les pièces en plastiques qui retiennent les coussins se sont détériorées en laissant des traces noires genre charbon de bois sur le coussin et la chaise.

À un retour en fin de journée, ma porte de chambre n’était pas claquée!
Je suppose que le personnel qui a fait la chambre n’a pas correctement refermé la chambre.
Heureusement toutes mes affaires étaient là.
J’ai été râler à l’accueil.
L’hôtel a perdu toute ma confiance en un instant.
J’ai lu sur TripAdvisor un commentaire d’un client qui a vécu la même mésaventure il y a un peu plus d’un an donc rien n’a été fait pour améliorer les processus lorsque le personnel intervient dans les chambres.

Malgré un bon potentiel, quelques détails négatifs et un événement fâcheux viennent tout gâcher.
Je ne recommande pas à cause du décalage entre le classement de l’hôtel et mon expérience.

la atención, sobre todo la de los recepcionistas, son muy amables, la ayuda.

Cons:

lo único que no me gusto es que cuando nos limpiaron la habiatación nos dejaron las toallas mojadas encima de la cama y las sabanas manchadas y bojadas.

Doskonały pod każdym względem jest ten hotel !

Moją Żonę powitał przystojny recepcjonista , dobrze znający angielski, bardzo serdeczny i pomocny . Cały hotel , a szczególnie pokój i łazienka były urządzone ( zaprojektowane) z dbałością o wyjątkowy styl tworzący wyjatkowa atmosferę, co jest bardzo rzadkie w innych hotelach . Rano śniadanie było bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Perfekcyjna czystość we wszystkich pomieszczeniach.Poranna zmiana na recepcji to były ładne i sympatyczne dziewczyny. Gorąco polecam

We arrived after the closure of the restaurant - however the Chef and Reception staff arranged for a meal to be brought from the kitchen to our room. Excellent service and care - greatly appreciated after a long day of travelling.
