Pros:

Beautiful hotel & facilities, pools, staff fantastic, restaurants, food super.

Cons:

Having to choose your main dinner option when you book restaurants in hotel.
Location is far away from Ixia down some dusty back streets.
Swim up pool / private pool rooms - the bathroom is practically in the room , could partition the room better.

Pros:

It was very clean, the rooms were lovely, big enough, everything was new in the room. Staff were very friendly. Food was nice, several options.
Property is located in a very quiet area.
The app to order drinks by the pool/beach was very good.
The Greek restaurant was exceptional.

Cons:

Biggest issue was water fountains, there wasn’t many, and the water was always hot, that is not a good thing considering that some of the days were 35 degrees. We ended up buying bottles of water in the shop inside the hotel.

Entertainment was very weak, because it mostly singers would be there from 9pm until 10pm, no DJ afterwards. Everything would go absolutely silent at 10pm. A DJ playing until 23:30 or 00:00 would be a huge improvement.

This next part, is not related to the hotel. But probably a consequence of a very weak entertainment at night time.
Going to Rhodes town was very expensive €18 per journey in a taxi, even though was only 15-20 minutes journey. So €36 in a taxi before you had a single drink in a bar. Very expensive, we were very surprised by this prices.

Excellent location, close to airport, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

I liked the atmosphere of the resort. It was very clean, good value for money if you have the premium package. The staff were also very helpful and nice. I liked that you could order drinks to your sun bed.

Cons:

I think the food could have been slightly better, it was repetitive and the entertainment was quite short in the evenings.

Nice hotel as all inclusive but overpriced for what we got. The dine in restaurants had very good service. I would skip
Pros:

The location was on the beach which was a plus. Private dinning service was good.

Cons:

Expensive for what you get compared to other hotels on the island. Rooms were dated, TV connections were just ok, internet was slow - ok for light browsing but poor for video calls for work. General dining food was cold even though we were the first ones in. We had a suite with private pool but it could do with a little maintenance touch up on the decks.

The room was very disappointing the bubble bath in the room was leaking a lot, the room in general was disappointing, the bed was broken.
