Bonne expérience mais il y a mieux
Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à la belle localisation de l’hôtel, sa jolie vue et ses piscines, qui constituent de véritables atouts.

Cons:

* Le nombre de porte-serviettes dans les chambres est insuffisant, surtout lorsqu’il faut également suspendre les peignoirs.
* Le sèche-cheveux est peu efficace, chauffe excessivement et sèche difficilement les cheveux.
* À l’arrivée au restaurant, il faut attendre qu’un employé nous installe alors que le fonctionnement du buffet pousse naturellement à se servir avant de choisir une table.
* Le contrôle systématique des chambres avant l’accès au restaurant est peu agréable pour les clients.
* Au petit-déjeuner, il n’est pas possible de se servir soi-même en café et le service en salle est souvent absent ou insuffisant.
* Le grille-pain est très lent, ce qui génère de longues files d’attente et oblige souvent à passer le pain deux fois.
* Le spectacle saxophone du jeudi soir gagnerait à être retravaillé.
* Les transats sur la pelouse sont trop serrés les uns contre les autres.
* Une odeur de pain peu frais était parfois présente au niveau du bac à pain.
* Certains membres du personnel ne saluent pas systématiquement les clients.
* À notre départ, aucune chambre de courtoisie n’était disponible et nous avons dû utiliser les douches de la salle de sport.
* L’animatrice sportive passe beaucoup de temps assise dans la salle avec ses écouteurs avant les cours, sans saluer les clients. Son attitude nous a semblé peu accueillante et parfois jugeante.
* Les tarifs du spa manquent de transparence : des remises présentées comme exceptionnelles semblent être proposées de manière systématique.

הבריכה, החוף הפרטי והצוות הנהדר הם ללא ספק היתרונות הגדולים של המלון.

Cons:

לצערנו, החדר הראשון שקיבלנו באגף המרוחק היה ברמה נמוכה מאוד ולא הרגיש כמו מלון 5 כוכבים, אלא יותר כמו אכסניה. לאחר שהתלוננו הועברנו לאגף אחר, שהיה מעט טוב יותר, אך האווירה בו הרגישה יותר כמו בית אבות מאשר ריזורט. החדר היה סביר, אך עדיין מיושן, לא נקי מספיק וסבלנו מהרבה יתושים. גם האוכל היה בינוני וחזר על עצמו.

Overall a great experience all over! We’ll be back for sure!
Pros:

This was our 2nd time visiting and we will come back again in the future for sure. Excellent rooms, very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurants was very good, don’t miss the à la carte options! The beach front is amazing, close to the ocean and comfortable. The bar is a short distance so getting drinks is quick.

While the food was consistently delicious and fresh, the drinks were disappointing.

Freshly prepared cocktails and a broader variety of wine, sprits and local beers would really elevate the experience.

However, I did like that both the draught beer and sparkling wine options available were low alcohol.

Had a really enjoyable stay and the staff were amazing, they made this a five star experience.

The property was well located along the beach, with plenty of space and no shortage of sunbeds.

Cons:

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel particulièrement Vicky le matin et sa collègue du soir ainsi que celle des femmes de ménage (ch 218). Et au spa Jim et Antonia pour les massages.

Cons:

Hôtel à fuir si vous aimez la Grèce. Clients américains à 95 %. Sur 11 jours passés aucune soirée grecque. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est très joli mais les clients irrespectueux. Hôtel très bruyant.
