Not a great one
Cons:

What i didn’t like is that they had no towels a whole day had me and my guests supper late for our event because they keep telling us no towels we had to use our hands to shower to make it to the event, when we got back to the hotel late that night ask for towels again was told still none got ready to check out for the day still no towels then I was charged 220 when the booking said 210 I think i should be credited half my money back I drove five hrs and a half to Dallas for a not good experience.

Pros:

location perfect . New property but overwhelmed.

Cons:

Booked onto a smoking room. Informed front desk, only thing got was a spray. It didn't helped. Following Day was sneezing. Then asked to be moved to another room, which in my opinion should have been done day1 when I made complaints.

There was left over trash under the couch. Crumbs in the couch. And the duvet was SHREDDED on the corner and I mean BAD not frayed SHREDDED

It was good for a little 24 hour stay, and I liked it was close to my concert but wouldn’t visit it again.
Pros:

I like that it was close to my concert venue.

Cons:

I didn’t like that tha staff was rude, especially housekeeping, I didn’t like the area that’s my fault for not checking where it was, the room smelt weird and the sheets felt like they were damp and the air didn’t seem to be working properly.
