Good value for the money
Pros:

Size of the rooms, parking, breakfast except the gravy.

Cons:

My only complaint is that there is not enough insulation between the floors. I first had a room where the lady above me stomped all day and night as she walked across her room back and forth, back and forth. Then after you moved me to another room, I could hear the people above me early in the morning walking around. Not nearly like the first room, but you can clearly hear people walking and shutting doors. If it wasn't so early in the morning it would not have bothered me.

My stay was horrible and I will not be back especially for what I paid.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Dirty carpet,
only one bath towel & 2 wash clothes with the room having 2 queen size beds, mirror kept Turing itself off in the bathroom ,
the feathers in the pillows poked my face, A/C had a musky smell, air was very humid, AC temperature wouldn’t get cold, limited tv channels, coffee pot without coffee-creamer-sugar, had unruly guest who yelling to talk to the other 2 rooms music playing loud kept me awake until 3:30 AM and I only got 30 minutes sleep because my alarm woke me up at 4 AM, only 1 ice machine on the ground level but 4 floors- no ice bucket, refrigerator was not cold enough, coffee pots in the lobby without coffee made, my door keys wouldn’t work 3 times after being programmed, there was a lot of homeless people in the area and in the parking lot asking for money & food, sleeping on the ground between vehicle close to the street, no bench to sit on outside the lobby door,

Cons:

Ac not on for check-in so upon arrival room hot and stuffy. Did not cool down until much later in the evening. Was offered additional room to check in too when we asked at midnight and our room was still warm. The 2nd room we were given had the ac off as well and smelled very musty. Decided to stay in our originally assigned room as the AC had been on for a good while and was cooler than the new one being offered. Highly recommend they anticipate the rooms being needed and prepping those rooms for the comfort of the guests.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

It is infested with enormous roaches. I could not sleep nor eat in this filthy place. Then they do nothing to accommodate the problems. Roaches were everywhere.

Our stay was good for what we needed. Not a fancy hotel but very close to where we were going.
Pros:

It was very near to the venue we were visiting. Room was ready by the time we git to the hotel. The front desk employees were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The property itself looks rundown, specially the entrance, lobby and main areas. There is no restaurant on the facilities.

Fair ..room needs remodeling and cleaning

Hotel check in was easy and smooth.

Room had a weird smell. Big roach came out of air conditioner. Pull out bed had trash on it and grass.
