It was nice
Pros:

The 1st night was ok
The 2nd night we came back and the room smelled. The sheets felt damp and could not get comfortable due to the smell and the damp sheets. It was late when we returned and we were tired and had to get up early to leave.

Cons:

The hotel was nice looked amazing and clean. Staff was wonderful

Overall nice hotel, love the breakfask.

Cons:

The shower head is not in proper working order. The pressure was extremely low. There was trash left under the sink in the room. The smoke/fire alarm would not go off (it was sounding off and on for all most 2 hours) interrupting a peaceful weekend I was hoping for. I love Holiday Inn Express I have never had this experience with this chain before.

The money issued was a deal-breaker and I will not be using this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was fine for what we needed to attend. Good accessibility and friendly staff. It being a pet friendly place was a bonus as well.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good at all. I should have just skipped it. I've never had a hotel pre-authorized my card and then charge me the full amount. This pre-authorization has stayed on my account for a week. If I knew I was going to be double charged for the room for an entire week I would not have put to this hotel. It's very frustrating especially for someone who is on a budget.

It was very comfortable, clean and affordable

Cons:

Our air conditioner went out after the first night. They did bring a fan in and we were supposed to get 25$ returned after checkout, but never received it. ( the stay was still very pleasant )
