I have just cancelled a booking I made for 21/02/26. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel so noisy. We are in an adjoining room and the people next door might as well be in the room with us. Other families have been in and out of their room since 6.30am, kids are running about screaming and the adults are shouting so loud I’m surprised you can’t hear them in the reception. I knocked the door and asked if they could keep the noise down and I was told No English and the door was slammed in my face. I’ll never stay here again.

Friendly staff nice buzz about the hotel, breakfast was included which was a surprise and you get continental and traditional. Nice rooms though the fold out table isn't flat it's sloped.
Comfy bed.
Also had a free cocktail on arrival!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the service was excellent, location brilliant and breakfast was well cooked and presented, everything continually topped up.

Pros:

I have paid through Expedia and they charged me again the room rates after i checked out without any invoices or receipts. i called, emailed. Nobody is handling this matter for me. I dont normally leave review here but i really have no way to get back my money from them. I have contacted Expedia support at last and waiting for their response
