My room looked nothing like the room I booked . Current rooms are $119 and I paid $190

Very disappointing
Pros:

The location was good - close to the airport

Cons:

Our heating wasn’t working in the room - we asked for two blankets - one for each bed - they said they only had one left …..?????
I had to use a bath towel to help try and get warm as I didn’t get the one last blanket

Very good.
Pros:

The food was a surprise. Really excellent with just the right amount of choice.
The room was cold despite the reverse cycle, but the staff were only to happy to supply a small fan heater which did the job.

Cons:

Nothing. Functional with friendly and helpful staff.
The location is of course superb.

paper number stuck on door, Shower flooded bathroom,1 bedside lamp didn't work, curtains falling off hooks and didn't close all the way, restaurant menu not same as advertised, food delivered on cold plates and was cold, needed to get a small fan heater because room was cold aircon not working properly, my room service tray remained outside my door for 2 days, another room had dirty towels outside their door the 3 nights I was there, I had to use my mobile to order room service, overall disappointing staff not well trained.

Ich würde es nicht empfehlen und auch nicht nochmal übernachten

Nähe zum Flughafen und das Bett

Cons:

Klima und Heizung hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert es war bitter kalt, nur dünne Decke. Smart Tv hatte 6 Programme, mit dem Internet konnte man ihn nicht verbinden. Hab sehr gefroren und alles ist so ungemütlich.

Poor experience
Pros:

I have stayed here for work before, and it has been average. This visit was sub-par. When I checked in the room had not been properly serviced. UHT milk capsules were out of date by 2 months and also 2 were open. The fridge was switched off and water condensate dripped on to the floor. They did replace them. The hotel would not provide a tax invoice when requested multiple times. Rooms have an underlying hum noise at night which is disturbing.

Convenient & clean but not pleasant.
Pros:

Great to have late check-in. Perfect for convenience of location & appreciated the short lift to first floor because stairs are a no go. Bathroom products are great, though body cream was nearly empty. The beds were comfortable & sheets/towelling quality however….

Cons:

The heating/conditioning in room was not working. We had to sleep with puffer jackets & scarves on. There was were no additional blankets & no quilts on beds. Just sheets & cheap thin blanket. And we’re Tasmanian- used to the cold!

Great airport hotel.
Pros:

Very easy check in, friendly and accommodating staff, room size was gigantic, clean.

Cons:

The aircon was so loud and didn’t really warm the room. I really loved the new bathroom renovations but water does escape from the shower floor to the rest of the bathroom floor if you don’t have the shower head perfectly positioned.

Disapointing
Pros:

Room very clean

Cons:

Only 1 staff member on duty when we arrived at 5pm. There were 8 people to book in.Restaurant closed and no options available except at the location the petrol station where there was a Subway!! Won't be recommending as a place to stay despite located close to the airport.

Cons:

I booked for 3ppl and they didn’t accommodate for 3rd person. No blankets - managed to use fold out couch but froze all night as heater didn’t heat up the room. It was after reception hours to even get one.
Also no kettle in the apartment!

Convenience of distance to the airport,

Cons:

The cost of taxi was still high as we were outside the shuttle bus hours, hard to control temperature, second bed not made at checkin and no blankets or pillows for the second bed. No exhaust in the bathroom and the drain didnt work very well on a wet floor.
