Comfortable and functional
Pros:

Large room. Comfortable bed and very clean linens. Large TV to help us unwind after a long day. Good shower. Good quality towels and bathroom products.

Cons:

Air con a little noisy but not a problem. Complimentary tea and coffee tasted odd due to the water boiled from the bathroom. Take your own bottled water.

Very mediocre,
Cons:

Aircon wasn't working, bath light flickering constantly
Got moved to second room with torn curtains,couldn't block out sun. Very noisy with traffic. Had a sliding door to nothing ,no balcony just bars across door . The taxi service from airport won't take you to hotel,had half hour walk with luggage.

Cons:

Booked a king bed to be told none were available and to push the two singles together. In the room the fridge leaked and the cupboard door to it broke as soon as we opened it. Card to room rarely worked resulting in having to try at least 10 times each time. Not enough towels provided for number of guests. The previous guests room tray was also left on the floor outside our room at check in even though room had been made up. Restaurant/ bar had short opening hours and was poorly stocked . We also witnessed other guests very upset in the middle of the night when the manager entered their room with out knocking or advising them he was going in. They left mid stay.

So convenient to airport, clean bed and bath, breakfast is not a value, property needs an upgrading.
Pros:

so close to airport. The staff were really nice. However, I do not believe that they had enough people working there. Although the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom clean, the room was not dusted which signals a cleaning staff that needs to turn over rooms quickly.

Cons:

it is AGING and in desperate need of uplift. The Breakfast charge was AUS $21 and there was hardly anything included in this…. Although the guy on duty did make a great latte.

Room was comfortable, warm and clean.

Cons:

Room service- no phone in room so I called main reception from my mobile to place an order for dinner. After an hour no food arrived I again called reception to enquire. About 30 mins later my dinner arrived. Steak ordered medium rare arrived barely warm and well done. Sticky date puddings for desert was pretty ordinary and ice cream
