annoyed at being swindled over cost of breakfasts
Cons:

Curtains were in shreds. Single thin blanket had what looked like moth-holes but were just falling to bits. I was warm enough, but for someone who likes warmth, there was nothing, no extra blanket, no duvet. We were offered breakfast option on arrival for $21, which we accepted, but were charged $28 on departure, we were told that the lower price was only applicable if booked with the room booking. But this was not offered as an option when booking. I will never give a good review to swindlers. Breakfast was poor selection, and they had simply run out of several essentials. Otherwise a nice clean hotel, which could be very good if they attended to the soft furnishings and gave the staff some attitude adjustment.

Great location to access airport. Clean, check in was efficient.

Cons:

The airport is less than 2km and there is no free shuttle- and an uber is cheaper than their paid shuttle. I think for an airport hotel this isn’t ideal.

Cons:

No local TV channels, air con/heating not working, no wifi, didn't have the wine we ordered for dinner, chose to stay there for close proximity to airport for 6am flight, would not stay there again.

Just a place to sleep with a comfortable bed
Pros:

Decent place to stay overnight
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No shuttle after 5 pm. Had to take a cab for a 5 min drive.
The reception closes at 12 midnight. We were fortunate to arrive just before.
Tried to call the hotel for inquiries and nobody picked up the phone, even in the morning the next day at a decent hour like 10.30 am

Based solely on my own experience I cannot recommend this property
Pros:

Very little to be honest. Location is fantastic for an overnight stay, being close to the airport, but services were very poor. The staff were pleasant, the room clean and the bed comfortable but it was a no frills experience despite the premium price paid.

Cons:

As described above, services were limited and quality undeniably poor including food and menu offered. There was no internet ( provider problem I was told) and no TV service in my room, ( again a provider problem I was told) and no shuttle to/ from the airport. The whole experience was extremely disappointing but at a premium price.
