良かった点は部屋のドアが重厚で廊下、エレベーター室の音が入ってこず滞在中は凄く静かに過ごせた。その他は朝食も含め可もなく不可もなく普通でした。

部屋のトイレのウォッシュレットが壊れてた。

初めシャワーが出なかった。治すのが遅い。バスタブの清掃が不充分、部屋の掃除も、使ったティーカップがそのまま。

いつもスタッフさんが常駐している
顔が見える安心感が最高の嬉しさでした

今回はフロントの対応が非常に良かったです

前枱服務員毫無靈魂的工作，廁所除了厠紙和毛巾，什麼也沒有，基本的皂也沒有，說是跟法例規定，奇怪地入住四晚五天，從沒有人洗杯

太吵了，很難入睡

部屋が広く、アクセスも良くてとても良かったです

駅近く、カルフールもあり便利、部屋も大きく清潔
残念なのは防音と言うには少し音がするかな?
朝食は外で食べたほうがいいかな

房間有大露台，整體房間位置寬敞；
職員態度友善親切；
酒店位置方便，前往捷運或巴士站亦方便；
推介不遠處的自助火鍋燒烤，及有間文青食店！

Spacious room for 3. Overall experience was great and value for money. Even better if a hand soap dispenser is provided in the bathroom. No expectation of the free breakfast provided so no complaint at all.

朝食はいまいちでした。

フロントの男性が言葉が小さくまともな対応が出来ない。
部屋は清潔感が無い。ホコリや髪の毛も落ちてた。
洗面所は黒ずみ、ぬめりがあった。
2度と泊まらない。

대중교통 접근성 좋고 방 넓고 불편함없이 잘 지냈습니다. 데스크 직원의 응대가 조금 아쉽습니다

お部屋がとても広く清潔で、
使い勝手も良くて快適でした！
日本語がとても上手なスタッフがいたのも、
とても助かりました。
朝ごはんも美味しかったです。
唯一、バスルームのガラスのドアが重たくて、
しっかり閉めきるのが大変だったのが難点。
部屋も広かったし夫との旅だったので、
気にせず放置しましたが、
気になる方は、部屋に着いてくつろぐ前に確かめた方が良いかも。

朝食がよくない

ホテルを拠点に無理なく観光を歩いて見て回れる。
疲れたら地下鉄も直ぐそばにあるので、大変便利である。
ただお湯が出にくい為、シャワーほほぼ使えず。
隣の排水管の音が気になる。
場所か設備の良さを比べると、悩む所。

部屋はとても広く、だいぶふるさを感じますが、しっかりリニューアル対応されている部屋でした。深いバスタブもオシャレで、湯量も豊富でした。便座がウォシュレットになっていて、嬉しかったですね。
エアコンのファンの音が少しうるさいですが、ちょっと我慢ですかね

The room is of decent size but there are a lot of oddities here. They didn't even have luggage racks and there are not enough flat surfaces in the room to leave your luggage opened. Bathroom design is modern but there is nothing separating the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so it's nearly impossible to not get everything wet.

There are many discrepancies to advertised amenities. I booked this hotel because it advertised as having a gym but the gym has not opened a long while due to unspecified "maintenance" . There is no nearby gym with a reasonable walk.

I also called before booking and was told there are washer and dryer onsite, but they didn't have them. I ended up have lug my clothes to nearby laundromats, which was not a fun experience.

Breakfast item is pedestrian and extremely limited and often runs out of items on weekends. When the good cook/chef is there, the dishes are well prepared but when he is not there and others step in, we end up having what amounts to bad home cooking. Breakfast vouchers are not all given to you at once, and you must get one voucher every day per day.

The hotel has a lot of potentials but also a lot of weird quirks.

チェックインの時のスタッフは対応は最悪でしたが、2日目以降は大分良くなりました、今朝は一番良かったですねー
