Enjoyed the stay, the hotel is nice and clean, decent size. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 10 mins walk to the Jilantai Station (MRT) with Shilin night market nearby. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel, nothing to fault.Maybe...
you have to find your own breakfast and there is nothing available in the area until 10am at least.

Clean, professional staff and good exercise getting to public transport, which takes you everywhere.

Quiet area and lots of eating places for lunch, though I did not eat here. It was all in Chinese and workers did not want or can't speak English. I did not know what I would get.

I had picked hotel randomly but if I came back to Taipei/Taiwan I would stay here. More than I usually pay but worth it.

The cleaning staff was very inconsistent. We stayed for a week and someday no empty trash, no clean tea cups.

Old property, spacious and clean
Easy to get anywhere with MRT. I think they need to train their personnel on customer service. I stayed at Ambience Hotel for the last two weeks of my trip and see a big gap on the customer service, friendly helpful and make me feel at home.

The first stayed the lamp was broken. The following week the window curtain fell and I told them but stayed that way till I checked out. The staffs some friendly some were not. The room is spacious and quality furnitures and amenities. The location is closed to MRT and Shilin market.the price is reasonable until there were sports competition.
