Emplacement fantastique dans le centrs de la ville.

Cons:

La chambre beaucoup plus petite de ce que j'avais vu en photo. La chambre etait décrite avec lit dpu le king size, par contre le lit un peu plus que 1 place et la chambre très petite. À mon avis cela ne correspondait pas à la description. Assez cher pour la catégprie

Staff gentilissimo, posizione perfetta per visitare la città, stanza pulita e profumata, ottimi prodotti per il bagno

Stanza e bagno piccoli , questo era indicato, ma scomodi soprattutto il bagno. All’arrivo la stanza aveva 24 gradi, troppi e mancava l’aria, abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta tutta la notte pur avendo abbassato i gradi a 20,5. Colazione per due pagata 30€ : niente frutta fresca, abbiamo chiesto una spremuta e ci hanno detto che per averla bisognava pagarla a parte ma c’era il succo (del cartone) incluso nel prezzo. Mii chiedo…4 stelle ?

Beautiful but too noisy to rest

The staff was very polite and helpful, both at the reception desk and at the breakfast (breakfast one of the best I ever tried in Italy). Location is great and rooms are pretty

Cons:

I think with these rates they should really invest into soundproofing. After the first night I was ready to put 1 star review. It was clearly written in the room description that it has garden view, but the window was facing a street with bars which were very loud until 3 am. My sleep was ruined and I went to complain in the morning. They changed the room without any questions and thus saved this review but I probably wouldn't stay there again, because you can also hear the other guests as if they are walking in your room and showering in your bathroom - the walls are just too thin.

Perfect. Great hotel, great people, in the heart of the city.

Clean, comfortable private wonderful breakfast and extremely friendly staff
Pros:

The property is on a quiet street without any traffic noise and many of the unesco world heritage sites can be reached by foot and with out car rental
