Cons:

Klima v hotelu ni delovala, v sobi je bilo zelo vroče. Ob odprtem oknu je bil ponoči hrup iz ceste.

Posizione ottima e cortesia del personale.

Cons:

Camere rimaste agli anni 90, bagno senza finestre e con ventola non funzionante. Un caldo INFERNALE, dopo esserci lamentati ci hanno dato un'altra stanza, ma non abbiamo comunque risolto nulla. Non c'è la possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento o quantomeno di poter accendere l'aria condizionata. Mai successa una cosa simile.

Сніданок смачний.Номер затишний, близенько до історичної частини міста.Поруч є продуктовий магазин. На рецепції дають карту міста.

Поселення о 14 годині, але це не проблема, залишили речі у кімнаті схову і пішли гуляти. Ми приїхали все оформили, залишили речі, проплатили і відправились знайомитися з містом. Але коли повернулися увечері, на рецепції був інший працівник. Він віддав наші речі з камери схову, а ключи від номеру не дає. Дивитися і каже, що нас немає в реєстрації. Ми дуже спокійно пояснили, що все ок, показали проплачену квитанцію, паспорти, бронювання, а він як дурко натягнув на обличчя посмішку, і повторює, що номеру немає. Трохи згодом він затефонував , і о чудо ключ від номеру знайшов. Дає його і посміхається, наче все норм. Вибачень так і не дочекалися. Це було дуже неприємно, він зіпсував гарне враження від гостинності.

Posizione reale rispetto al nostro punto di interesse. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Cons:

Mi aspettavo più prodotti in bagno: ho trovato solo un erogatore a muro per lavare le mani e un erogatore in doccia sia per corpo che per capelli. Troppo poco decisamente per un 4 stelle.
