Esperienza tutto sommato abbastanza buona
Pros:

Posizione vantaggiosa,hotel pulito nonostante i lavori in corso,staff cordiale e cortese e camere ben tenute con possibilità di aggiungere cuscini e coperte

Cons:

Colazione un po povera, all'interno del bagno in camera
Mancava il kit doccia con i rispettivi shampoo e bagnoschiuma le spine della corrente erano solo in un lato del letto e sopra al tavolo difronte al letto.
Anche il frigo bar era poco fornito

Partiamo dal presupposto che l’accoglienza all’arrivo non è stata delle migliori…tolto questo preambolo ci viene assegnata una stanza che paghiamo subito all’arrivo e su questo non ho nulla in contrario…arriviamo in stanza e l’aria condizionata era impostata su 20 gradi quindi era piuttosto freddo….uscendo quasi subito per recarmi al concerto abbiamo spento il condizionatore.al rientro circa intorno alle 1 di notte entrando in stanza l’aria era accesa su 19 gradi e le lenzuola del letto era completamente bagnate. Al che scendo in reception e il ragazzo molto gentilmente senza battere ciglio mi cambia la stanza e mi assegna una camera con letti singoli senza nessun supplemento di prezzo.ma il problema persiste sempre aria condizionata a 19 gradi e letti bagnati.ne è conseguito che stanchi abbiamo comunque deciso di non lamentarci ma siamo stati svegli e seduti sulle sedie l’intera notte.abbiamo poi segnalato al check out dell’ennesimo problema e l’unica cosa che ci è stata detta è stato un misero “ci dispiace riferiremo”.non mi aspettavo nessun rimborso o altro ma visto il costo per una singola notte in un hotel che vanta ben 4 stelle non ci si aspetta un simile trattamento e disservizio. Ringrazio e comunque saluto ma presso il vostro hotel non soggiornerò mai più!
