Relaxing experience at the pools and good dinner course but needs improvements with poolside menu.
Pros:

Very relaxing thermal pools with aqua jets and delicious set dinner for half board meals.

Cons:

Decor of hotel & rooms needs updating . It would also be great if they provided tv facilities with English tv channels offering news & movies for foreigners . Also had a bad experience with spa since I was unable to book a treatment since their hotel doctor left early at 11 am and his consultation was a requirement before booking it. We also find that the snack & lunch options at poolside are very limited.

Updated rooms; peaceful thermal pools; older crowd.
Pros:

There were many choices of thermal pools and outdoor relaxation areas, all wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We only spent one day at the pools, but appreciated the small outdoor bar area for drinks. The grounds were beautiful, and it was an easy walk into town. Rooms and beds were comfortable and updated, and while the bathrooms were small, they were efficient and well laid out.

Cons:

Rooms were nice and spacious, though better pillow options would be a welcome improvement. The hotel didn’t quite feel 5-star, though this may be due to its age and a guest base that skews older.

One suggestion: if half board is purchased, information on dinner attire should be provided upfront. We learned it’s a jacket-and-pants dress code, which felt like overkill for what is essentially a semi-buffet dinner. That said, the experience was fine overall, and we appreciated that the staff still allowed us to dine even though my husband was in shorts.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, tolles Essen.
Pros:

Das Essen war sensationell, besonders das Abendessen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Tischtennis, Süßwasserbecken und andere Teile der Anlage sind nicht mehr zu benutzen.
