Es hat uns super gefallen und wir kommen sicher bald wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist super zentral.
Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich. Das Personal sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend freundlich.
Der große Garten und die Poolanlagen sind super.
Die servierten Speisen sind sehr gut.
Die Anwendungen Fango, Massagen usw. sind Top!
Alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Innen Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein aber passt auch.
Die Ausstattung in unserem gebuchten Zimmern war zum Teil nur Standard. Dusche war in der Badewanne mit Vorhang.
Vielleicht ist es in der Junior Suite besser. Die Betten sind sehr schon groß, die Matratze war etwas hart für mich.
Der Balkon ist toll. aber leider keine Liege nur Stühle zum sitzen.

Outstanding service, exceptional cuisine, luxury and high-quality spa facilities make this hotel a top choice—despite somewhat heavy, overdecorated common areas.

Area and Atmosphere
The hotel is ideally located on a central pedestrian street lined with shops and cafés, yet remains quiet and peaceful. The reception areas are grand and immaculate, with gleaming marble surfaces and abundant chandeliers. The décor reflects an old-world aristocratic style, with antique furniture and paintings; however, the mix of heavy fabrics, oversized sofas, ornate plasterwork, and Rococo elements creates a somewhat cluttered and visually overwhelming effect.

Spa
In contrast, the spa is a highlight: minimal, airy, and refined, with soft tones and a sense of understated luxury—an aesthetic that would elevate the rest of the hotel. While treatments are priced higher than at nearby hotels, the pristine facilities and meticulous care justify the cost. Ina, Jenny and Elsa at the SPA are exceptional.

The thermal pools—both indoor and outdoor—are particularly inviting, perfect for relaxing immersion, enjoying hydromassage, or joining the complimentary aqua aerobics sessions. The surrounding gardens by the outdoor pools are a visual oasis. The experience is further enhanced by excellent massages, sauna and hammam, an ice room, and the “five senses” ritual.

Fango -mud Therapy
The mud therapy in particular stands out. It begins and ends with detoxifying herbal infusions and includes the application of therapeutic mud, full-body wrapping, rinsing, immersion in mineral-rich water enhanced with a therapeutic cocktail, and concludes with a toning lotion spray. The results are remarkable: I arrived limping due to knee arthritis and left walking normally, pain-free. For optimal results, however, a course of at least 6–10 treatments is recommended.

Dinning
Dining is another strong point. The cuisine is light, refined, and delicious, with the chef often surprising guests with creative dishes such as guinea fowl with walnuts and truffle. The half-board option offers excellent value, featuring an extensive breakfast buffet and a six-course dinner including cheese and desserts. Breakfast is particularly impressive, with a wide variety of homemade sweets, eggs prepared in multiple ways, cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, sardines, calamari, pancakes, honeycomb, fruits, seeds, and several types of yogurt. Guests may also order additional items—such as eggs, fruit combinations, and herbal infusions—from the menu at no extra charge.

Service is impeccable throughout: consistently courteous, efficient, and highly professional. The kitchen operates with notable precision, with dishes arriving promptly and in perfect sequence.

Would I return to Grand Hotel Trieste & Victoria? Absolutely—without hesitation.

Cons:

Zusatzangebote wie Wassergymnastik fand trotz Ankündigung nicht statt. Intransparenz der Preise bei mittälichrm und abendlichen Mahlzeiten. Keine zusätzlichen sportlichen Angebote im Wellness Bereich wie zB Fitness Geräte. Föhn funktionierte nicht Fernseher war sehr klein. ARD und ZDF funktionierten nicht.

Personale gentilissimo, ottima accoglienza con tanto di tour della struttura dalla zona storica a, alla zona spa e piscine. Ristorante ottimo con prezzi giusti per la qualità servita, personale di sala eccellente e super disponibile. Piscine pulite e grandi con un ottimo servizio bar. Colazione abbondante a buffet, con possibilità di ordinare piatti che ti vengono fatti sul momento, ottima qualità. Niente da dire in merito al soggiorno, ottimo.

Relax e tranquillità
Pros:

Struttura molto bella con arredi storici di pregio e conservati in maniera impeccabile appena si entra si viene catapultati in un altro mondo con staff molto cordiale e disponibile in questo hotel bere un caffè e un amaro è sempre una cosa gradevolissima

Cons:

La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato anche se pulitissima e in ordine aveva arredi che iniziano a segnare il trascorrere del tempo ma non in maniera storica
