Pros:

La struttura è stupenda. La posizione anche. La nostra camera era carina, un po’ vintage ma è lo stile dell’albergo.
Le piscine e il centro benessere sono super curati e professionali nel servizio. Lo consiglio con entusiasmo.

Cons:

Mi è spiaciuto non trovare prodotti di cortesia in bagno che potessero far provare le proprietà delle acque termali.
Mi sono sorpresa che non ci fosse almeno un bollitore in stanza con te o tisane. Lo stesso vale per la SPA . Assurdo che ci sia uno spazio relax enorme, bellissimo e di grande effetto senza la possibilità di sorseggiare una tisana self service e un po di frutta.

Ottima posizione. Struttura datata ma ben tenuta.
Pros:

Bellissimo struttura d'epoca in centro. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile.
Spa tenuta molto bene sia internamente che esternamente.

Cons:

Bellissimo albergo, le camere ben mantenute ma necessiterebbero di un rinnovamento. Il nuovo non deve obbligatoriamente essere moderno, si può rinnovare mantenendo uno stile classico.

Un albergo di altri tempi sembra di entrare in un film, pulito e con tantissimo personale a disposizione molto educato e disponibile.

Cons:

La camera era bella ma troppo calda , non si è potuto cambiare la temperatura, a metà Novembre abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte e scoperti, c'è stato detto che tutto l'albergo aveva quella temperatura e non era possibile abbassarla. Nella bella camera ampia il bagno aveva la vasca che non è proprio comoda da scavalcare e nella vasca la tenda che non apprezzo soprattutto in un albergo, ho trovato i prodotti da bagno (sciampo e bagnoschiuma) di scarsissima qualità.
