Solo due parole "assoluto relax"
Pros:

La grande disponibilità del personale e un clima semplice, quasi familiare.
Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta.
Non all'altezza della mia aspettativa la cena, piatti poco più che sufficienti sia per il gusto che per le quantità.

Cons:

L'uso della SPA, in altri Hotel ad Abano ho trovato l'accesso libero per l'intera giornata senza limiti di tempo e di costi aggiuntivi.

Schöne Pools und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Die besondere Freundlichkeit des Personals, das gute Frühstück, der große Thermalbereich, die nette Bar neben den Becken, die günstigen Preise der Speisen und Getränke und die gute Lage

Cons:

Leider haben wir nicht besonders gut geschlafen, weil in unserem Zimmer ein lautes Wassergeräusch zu hören war, das uns in der Nacht mehrfach geweckt hat.

Da rivedere il menù cena italiano
Pros:

La struttura è pulita, accogliente e ampi spazi.
Le camere moderne e insonorizzate. Servizio alla reception h24 sempre operativo. Area piscina soddisfacente.

Cons:

Rispetto ai soggiorni precedenti ho notato che da un anno circa la cena non rispetta i vecchi canoni italiani di eccellente qualità, ma si presta più ai gusti di una cliententela straniera che sono la maggioranza. Dunque molte pietanze fritte, uso eccessivo del sale e alcuni piatti non corrispondono agli ingredienti indicati nel menù. Esempio le mazzancolle non sono gamberi. Fortunatamente la colazione mantiene ancora alto lo standard alto precedente; il personale, per quanto bravo è insufficiente., Deve rimpiazzare il buffet, servire le bevande calde e sparecchiare. Un'impresa assai ardua che crea disservizio.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto molto il personale della SPA, molto gentile il
Signore delle pulizie e anche i camerieri in sala.

Cons:

Le camere credo alcune, sono comunicanti con una porta( ovviamente chiusa) ma si sente tutto… comunque dipende anche dall’educazione degli ospiti!! Colazione super buona , non sono rimasta soddisfatta del ristorante, non male ma non molto di mio gradimento ( ovviamente anche questo è personale)
