Concedersi Attenzioni e coccole quotidiane !
Pros:

Albergo già frequentato più volte , si ritorna sempre volentieri . Personale gentile , pulito , piscine molto belle . SPA di qualità . X il cibo ci vorrebbe anche qualche attenzione in più d i vegetariani . In ogni caso le verdure non mancano e sono anche di qualità

Gli ospiti non sempre rispettano le norme igieniche ( entrare in piscina senza docciarsi ) bisognerebbe che l’addetto alle piscine controllasse di più ! Sottovalutato come problema , ma a mio avviso molto importante . E al ristorante è un po difficoltoso il servizio delle bevande al tavolo . Sarebbe opportuno almeno dei dispenser di acqua ( come quelli della colazione ) x evitare di aspettare che il cameriere già occupatissimo a portare il cibo debba anche correre ogni momento x il rifornimento delle bevande ,

Personale cortese ottima posizione. Belle le piscine di cui una con acqua dolce

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione inserendo delle torte di diversa qualità. Altra pecca il materasso pendente verso l' esterno và sicuramente sostituito.

Buona struttura, ma politica sgradita per l'uso delle piscine dopo il check-out

La colazione per un hotel 4 stelle tutto troppo confezionato direi sotto la media paragonato ad altri hotel dello stesso livello che ho frequentato sempre ad Abano

Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole e servizi generali in linea con le aspettative. Purtroppo l'esperienza si è rovinata l'ultimo giorno: per poter sfruttare la giornata in piscina ci è stato richiesto il pagamento di un supplemento di 100 euro per mantenere la stanza. A differenza di molti altri hotel ad Abano che garantiscono una maggiore attenzione verso il cliente permettendo di godersi le terme anche dopo il rilascio della camera, qui abbiamo riscontrato molta rigidità. Peccato per questa mancanza di elasticità che incide sul giudizio finale.
