Pretty sad.
Pros:

Didn’t do breakfast..room was clean

Cons:

Pool sucked..they made yo wear a swim hat..and rent a towel for $5…And what hotel in this day and age does not possess 1 steam iron…

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che nonostante avessimo ancora tempo a fare il check out (entro le 11 ed erano a malapena le 10) lo staff della pulizia entra in camera, accorte che non avevamo ancora liberato, hanno lasciato la porta aperta con tutte le nostre cose dentro la stanza

Pros:

Dall'accoglienza del personale all'arrivo, alle info tutto molto "caloroso". Staff molto preparato, cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Stanza e biancheria pulitissime. Un appunto lo farò per dire che avrei preferito un paio di prodotti per la doccia in più e la mancanza di almeno una bottiglia di acqua nel minibar. La colazione è abbondante e soddisfa ogni Paese: dal dolce fatto in casa al salato appena preparato: eccezionale. Le piscine sono molto pulite e anche i servizi annessi. Ho fatto trattamenti per il corpo e mi sono trovata molto contenta. Torneremo sicuramente

Cons:

Non c'era neanche una bottiglia di acqua nel minibar. Pochi prodotti per la doccia.

Breve ,intenso e , un 50% deludente

La posizione del otel e ottimale

Cons:

Lo staff del percorso irlandese, nessuna pazienza, arroganza , alla domanda a cosa serve il percorso, e spiegare a cosa serve ogni passaggio era sempre scontrosa senza risposta.
E stato richiesto massaggio tailandese , risposta era io non lo faccio, faccio quello rilassante . Nel massaggio caos, subito dopo mi sono sentita male .
Non professionale. E non preparata la ragazza
Il personale reception gentile e carino,
Da una struttura così mi aspettavo personale più qualificato sopratutto area benessere.

I paid for a balcony with a pool view was given a view of air conditioners. I changed rooms and was given 2 beds pushed
