Cons:

Abbiamo preso la camera con vasca idromassaggio ma non si poteva regolare la temperatura dell’acqua ed era infattibile farla: alla richiesta di poterla sistemare ci è stato detto che non c’era il manutentore. Spazi molto vecchi e sporchi, polvere e capelli ovunque, gli asciugamani erano macchiati.

Senza infamia e senza lode
Pros:

Ottima la colazione e tutti gli altri pasti, hall e sala ristorante ben curati, la posizione è ottima e l’hotel è dotato di comodo parcheggio. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, possibilità di eseguire vari trattamenti a cifre non troppo elevate.

Cons:

Le camere non sono così rifinite come la hall e in più non sono insonorizzate, sentendo ogni rumore o voce dalle camere adiacenti, disturbando il riposo. Gli accappatoi sono a noleggio al costo di 15€, davvero scomodo.
La piscina termale potrebbe essere più valorizzata, ci sono pochi lettini e bisognerebbe impedire alle persone di prenotarli anche quando non sono presenti in piscina

La cena ottima e anche l' accoglienza unico neo essendo il ponte della befana era sovraffollato e quindi non avevamo a disposizione i lettini nella piscina!
