Bella struttura, camere decisamente da rivedere
Pros:

La piscina è carina, molto pulita, il personale a bordo vasca è efficientissimo e sempre in movimento, appena qualcuno va via, rimette in ordine le sdraio e ripulisce.
La hall di ingresso è bella e pulita, il giardino pulito ed ordinato.
La colazione buona e abbondante, servita dal personale a buffet; i ragazzi sono efficienti e pazienti, parlano diverse lingue come si confà ad un hotel con clientela internazionale; i tavoli vengono sparecchiati e preparati con continuità.
Non ho cenato al ristorante, ma ho dato un’occhiata alla sala, veramente bella e ben arredata. I tavoli erano molto ben apparecchiati, il menù proposto era vario e sfizioso, mi sono pentito di non provarlo. La camera ed il bagno erano puliti, il letto rigido come piace a me. La posizione in pieno centro permette di muoversi a piedi (ci si impiega di più ad uscire dal giardino che è veramente grande, che ad arrivare all’isola pedonale).

Cons:

La camera era davvero brutta e spoglia, cozzava completamente con lo stile dell’hotel. Il bagno minuscolo e stretto, la doccia piccola. Non era presente alcun prodotto da bagno, quando ho chiesto spiegazioni in reception mi è stato detto di usare il sapone liquido vicino al lavandino, che fungeva da lavamani, doccia schiuma e shampoo (la spiegazione è che era un PRODOTTO INNOVATIVO), grazie al cielo avevo i miei prodotti nel borsone della palestra.
Quando sono arrivato, facendo il check in ho chiesto se accappatoio e telo per la piscina fossero in camera, mi è stato detto che dovevano controllare la tipologia di prenotazione per poi rassicurarmi che prenotando con Booking erano sicuramente pronti in camera. Ovviamente non era così, quindi sono sceso e mi hanno dato un accappatoio, perché i teli erano finiti. Per carità, può succedere, ma negli hotel con SPA normalmente fanno parte della biancheria della stanza.
Insomma sono rimasto molto deluso dalla camera che mi hanno assegnato, non so se le stanze siano tutte così oppure quelle acquistate con Booking siano meno belle delle altre (mi è già successo più volte). Ultima cosa che stavo per dimenticare, mi chiedo se sia saggio mettere una presa di corrente e l’interruttore della luce dietro al cuscino del letto? Magari ha una funzionalità a me ignora, ma mi ha fatto sorridere pensando al poverino che dorme da quella parte e non può muoversi.

I vari servizi SPA e piscina. Oltre che Imola sala pranzo e la hall, BEEELLISSIMA.

Cons:

La struttura è un po datata, con una buona manutenzione potrebbe davvero riprendere lo splendore che ha avuto sicuramente in tempi passati.
