Letztlich werden wir wiederkommen und hoffen dass sich was geändert hat.
Pros:

Ein Tophotel,Lage sehr gut: Sauber,tolle Wellnessanlage und ein hervorragendes Bistro.
Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.
Auch dass Früchstück war außergewöhnlich…aber !!

Cons:

Die seltsame Art wie man beim Frühstück mit uns umgegangen ist. Am ersten Abend hatten wir nicht geplant im Hotelrestaurant zu essen.Wir waren müde von der Reise.Das hatte leider Folgen für unseren weiteren Aufenthalt.Beim ersten Frühstück hat man uns gefragt ob man uns „den schönen Tisch vom Vorabend“ auch zum Frühstück geben soll.Klever!!Wahrheitsgemäß mussten wir sagen das wir ja noch nicht dort gegessen hatten.Und dann ging es los: man suchte uns einen Katzentisch.Der Herr in dem schwarzen Anzug hat uns nie wieder angeschaut.Der Service der Kellner war aber sehr gut.Da sich das Prozedere täglich wiederholte ,wir immer regelrecht herumgeschubst wurden, haben wir beschlossen auf gar keinen Fall dort zu Abend zu essen,obwohl ich in der Woche einen runden Geburtstag hatte und wir durchaus 2-3 Mal im Hotel essen wollten. Dieses haben wir dann im tollen Bistro des Hotels getan.
Fazit,beim Frühstück werden große Unterschiede gemacht und das war sehr unangenehm für uns. Die beiden Herren die dem Restaurant wohl vorstehen,sind Gästen die zu Ihnen wohlwollend sind,sehr ,sehr freundlich,die anderen Gäste interessieren sie nicht.Seltsam.
Buffet,Eierspeisen,Kaffee,Service der Kellner alles exzellent,mit und ohne Trinkgeld.Zum Geburtstag gab es eine Aufmerksamkeit ,das war sehr nett.

Une expérience unique. Un séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique.
Pros:

Tout est parfait. C'est une expérience à vivre. Le décor, le service, le Spa, la zone piscine et détente, le restaurant...tout est bien fait, pensé, conçu et présenté.

Cons:
