Modern hotel, nice big rooms, very friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant!
Pros:

The hotel is modern, has great facilities, big rooms and the staff are very friendly. One can walk to the town centre in about 25 minutes or by bus and takes 10 minutes. The pool and rooftop restaurant are great. They also offer spa services.

Cons:

The breakfast is excellent, but the food is kept in some kind of glass display cabinets and the cooked food is not hot, but rather cold. It would be great if the food could be kept hot. Otherwise very good breakfast buffet.

We had a wonderful stay & like I have mentioned before staff in the hotel made it unforgettable & special.
Pros:

Our room was very spacious & comfortable. The lady cleaning the room each day, Bozena was the most thorough & attentive to details that you can possibly ask for. All staff from reception to restaurant was helpful & whet every we asked for was never a problem. I can highly recommend this hotel !

Cons:

The staff & the cleansiness of this hotel was exceptional.

Przestronne pokoje, ale problemy z komfortem wypoczynku

Duże przestronne pokoje, oddzielna garderoba, przepiękny taras z widokiem, wanna w pokoju, dostęp do SPA

Cons:

Największym minusem był komfort wypoczynku. Personel sprzątający zachowywał się bardzo głośno już przed godziną 8:00 rano, natomiast po godzinie 22:00 z sąsiednich balkonów dochodziły głośne rozmowy, śpiewy i odgłosy imprezowania.
Dodatkowym problemem był przekombinowany system inteligentnego sterowania oświetleniem. Światło potrafiło samoczynnie włączać się w środku nocy, zakłócając sen.

Super Hotel, Frühstück lecker mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, sauber und mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, aber mit Einschränkungen,siehe unten. Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dafür aber super mit dem Auto zu Erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück stellte sich zeitweise als äußerst unangenehm dar, insbesondere bei Anwesenheit von Reisegruppen. An einem Morgen war ein entspanntes Frühstück kaum möglich, da eine große Gruppe das gesamte Buffet in Anspruch nahm. Es kam zu Gedränge, Warteschlangen wurden ignoriert, Nahrungsmittel wurden mit den Händen berührt (Brötchen) und Wasserflaschen wurden an die Tische mitgenommen, was als sehr störend empfunden wurde. Wir wurden als normale Gäste in den verglasten Außenbereich gesetzt, wo es zudem sehr kalt war. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass das Personal die Gruppe besser im Griff gehabt hätte.
