Les installations datées rendent cet établissement trop bruyant.
Pros:

L'accueil est impeccable et courtois. le personnel a tout fait pour résoudre notre problème de chambre trop bruyante!

Cons:

Pour notre deuxième séjour notre chambre située tout près de l'ascenseur s'est révélée invivable à cause du bruit permanent de la machinerie et de la clientèle très bruyante. Après 2 plaintes, la réception nous a attribué une chambre bien moins bruyante. Le calme n'est pas la qualité de cet hôtel. Dommage

Nice place. Great location. Be specific with your reservation to req7a room with a window.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location.

Cons:

Paying for a room that had no windows and really ugly lighting. Made me want to spend as little time as possible in there.

Pretty nice.
Pros:

It was in the center of Olbia, with a good view of the ocean mixed with the city. Breakfast was basic but they do serve great fresh coffee of your choice. When I stayed there was a wine festival happening on the backstreet and that was fun! Staff was great, room was clean and did its job.

Cons:

Parking is NOT included but they do have their own private parking garage which keeps your car of the street avoiding tickets.
