Beautiful views and easy to get down to take the ferry. Also very close to some shopping
The breakfast room- so bright- with the stip toy eat outside- the view! The solarium was enticing and the rooftop bar was great
Lovely hotel! The view from our terrace room was amazing and the hotel is very clean. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Great hot water and water pressure too! The hotel staff is wonderful - from the reception, to the bar staff, to the breakfast staff - everyone is accommodating and great. The breakfast is included and the Cafe Americano was perfect, which is difficult to find in Italy. My only negative comment is the bed is slightly harder than I prefer but it wouldn’t keep me from booking here. The location of the hotel is good but make sure you pack a small bag so you can navigate up the stairs with your luggage (or you can pay a porter 15 euro per bag).

Lagebedingt nur über eine lange, steile Treppe erreichbar, allerdings wird das Gepäck auf Wunsch ins Hotel transportiert.
Orangenjus zum Frühstück sollte wenn möglich nicht künstlich , sondern frisch sein.

Wonderful View, the room was excellent and the staff was great.
One issue was that there was a sewer smell that seemed to be coming through the shower drain, it was ok as long as the shower water was running.
Breakfast was good but eggs were runny
We had the privilege to stay at Hotel Casa Albertinia for 4 nights.
This was the best decision ever. The location cannot be better! Only a few steps from the main road to the shops & restaurants.
When we saw the view from our balcony, I had tears in my eyes… It is absolutely wow!!!! You cannot get any better than this.
The room was on the 3rd floor. It was spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed.
The staff go out of their way to assist and always have a smile on their face.
We had an amazing breakfast every morning on the patio with the beautiful view.
If you need accommodation in Positano, don’t look any further!
Absolutely great value for money!
The view and the location was magic. The staff were amazing. They were so welcoming it felt like home. From the team that greeted us at street level to collect our bags to house keeping, we were well looked after. Laura was so lovely and helpful.
People will complain about stairs but you cannot stay in Positano without stairs. They helped us with the bags on our first day which we appreciated.
The staff were so friendly and made my boyfriend and I feel very welcomed. They have so many amenities to offer such as, complimentary beach towels, breakfast, luggage storage and assistance and the most amazing views from both the roof top bar and the balcony where breakfast is served.
Not a dislike, just something to note - the hotel has amazing views of the ocean but that means there are quite a few stairs to climb.
Just a gorgeous experience! All the staff were incredible and our room was small but gorgeous... with views to die for. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant location and decor were stunning. porter service was amazing and definitely needed.
Arrival was a bit confusing. We drove and it wasn't clear how to arrive. If driving, go directly to the car park you have booked and they will be able to drop you to the hotel entrance. there is restricted entry to the streets and no parking nearby. The hotel can offer a porter service which is awesome because the stairs up to the hotel were killer!
