Pros:

Amazing views! Great pool. Really helpful and friendly staff. Paolo especially was a huge help and provided some great recommendations in and around the area.

Wish the pool was open even later to enjoy more!

Magical!
Pros:

Gorgeous property, loved that it had its own private beach section and stairs down to it. The woman that worked reception was so kind and warm. We loved our bath tub and it was so magical.

Cons:

Didn’t love our dinner there. Had a big building that blocked our view a bit. Also had a window from another room that looked directly into our bath tub.

I highly recommend this hotel at a great location with good comparable price.

We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat next time we are in Positano.
Pros:

Beautiful location, beautiful room, but the staff really set this place apart! Everyone there is extremely accommodating and kind.

Cons:

There is no downside. The hike up the property is the only thing that is a little challenging, but it is well worth it for the views.

You’re making a huge mistake if you don’t stay here—Trust Me!!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. During our 2 to 3 month travels through Europe, this was our favorite resort. Every single employee was kind and professional. The view from our room is something we will never forget! The pool and private beach gave us so much happiness. And the food both during the morning at the breakfast buffet and at night for dinner outside on the terrace was exceptional. This hotel was the highlight of our trip! Bravo to the management of this hotel because they have a team of exceptional employees working for them. The concierge was kind and generous with his time. And we enjoyed meeting one of the owners’ daughter who also works at the hotel and does an excellent job.

Absolutely nothing! We loved everything about our stay.

Pros:

The staff were just simply incredible. From Paolo at concierge to Francesco and Antonio looking after us at the pool and beach. Their level of attention and amazing attitudes made all the difference from excellent to just unbelievable.
But also to mention the view, the food and the room (501) sea view with balcony was an absolute experience.
Plus we were given an upgrade for whatever reason that we weren't going to argue. These people know what they're doing. Well done.
