Малък семеен хотел с много мил и любезен персонал! На 5 минути пеша от централната част и гарата.Беше много чисто и всеки ден се сменяха чаршафите.Закуската беше богата и приготвена на място.Всичко беше на ниво :)

It’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel and I can’t recommend it enough for a stay in Pisa

We had to bring our cases up the stairs ourselves….no lift.

Seria normal sem o incidente do roubo.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço foi bom. assistência do staff foi boa. A limpeza foi boa.

Cons:

Apesar de alguma segurança (porta com tranca, câmara de videovigilância um ladrão entrou no hotel durante o check-in e roubou-me o telemóvel, logo a segurança não funcionou e fui penalizado por isso.

Pros:

Obsługa przemiła. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, świeże owoce. Walizki mogliśmy przechować bez problemu, lot powrotny mieliśmy bardzo późno, nie było żadnego problemu z przechowaniem, z korzystania z toalety.Lokalizacja w samym centrum, więc uważam duży plus. Cisza, spokój. Polecam🙂

Aged property, rooms are not maintained well and gives a very old school feeling. The room had a typical smell which is not very pleasant. Feel good factor is highly missing about this property.

Location very good, staff helpful with issues, variety of breakfast items, comfy warm bed and good shower.

Cons:

Toilet not working in one room (was fixed though), at breakfast food was labelled as gluten free but was not gluten free (luckily we checked but could have made me very sick if we hadn't asked), room smelled unpleasant.
