Pros:

This was the best hotel stay we've ever had. The concierge and general front desk team were exceptionally helpful, the wine testing with Antonio was FABULOUS, and the outdoor area and view of the Tuscan countryside was absolutely divine. Grazie!

직원들 모두가 친절했습니다. 내부 인테리어나 소품은 정말 인상 깊었습니다. 아침 식당은 정말 인테리어나 음식 모두 훌륭했습니다. 저녁을 먹을 수 있는 식당도 물론 좋았습니다. 특히, 우리 두 아이들을 예뻐해주셔서 감사합니다. 제공해주신 택시 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 피엔차로 가는 택시 기사님이 정말 친절하고 주변 장소에 대해서도 잘 알려주셨습니다.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer besonderen Anlage mit sehr netten Personal!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem tollen Garten inkl. Pool und Tennisplatz, vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer schönen Ausstattung.

Cons:

Preisleistungsverhältnis (in Bezug auf die Gerichte und Portionen im Restaurant. Sonst war alles aber super :-)

Pros:

Located outside of Siena, with a very farm-like feel in a historic building. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Giulia makes an exceptional breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

Heating in room 23 is not quite sufficient for the size of the room.

Location stupenda - arredata in perfetto stile italiano con tantissime opere . Ristorante super consigliato chef da stella Michellen . Il maitre super gentile.

De locatie is adembenemend, met een prachtig uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels en Siena vlakbij. Het hotel zelf is uniek en vol karakter, gevestigd in een prachtig historisch gebouw. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gastvrij

Amazing experience! Outstanding staff
Pros:

My parents and I stayed here in Sept 2025 with my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed in 4 hotels during our Italy trip and this was by far our favorite! The staff we are still raving about- Ricardo, Nepun, & a man we called Jesus (my apologizes for any misspellings) truly made us feel like family. Many nights we stayed up far longer than we should’ve just to hang out with them. The front desk staff was also exceptional. The location into the town of Siena is perfect and the shuttle they offer is great! One night, the owners wife drove us into town because everyone else was busy. We truly are thankful for the experience we had here and the staff we met. The rooms were spacious, pool was clean, entire experience 10/10! Food was delicious, breakfast was unbeatable, dinner was also good. We love you all and hope to be back! Thank you everyone!!!
Special thanks to Ricardo who spent many nights talking with my chatty father :)

Bon séjour avec quelques points d’amélioration
Pros:

Bel hôtel le jardin est très beau. L’emplacement est bien pas trop loin de sienne. Le personnel est très compétent et disponible. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus. La chambre spacieuse et lit très confort.

Cons:

Assez déçu dans l’ensemble. La chambre était au-dessus de la route nous pouvions entendre les voitures.
Surtout le bruit de la ventilation des cuisines j’imagine était très bruyante. Même les fenêtres fermés le bruit de soufflerie restait dans la chambre.
Cela nuit au confort global et la cambre n’est pas très calme.
La chambre n’étais pas nickel en therme de propreté, épluchures dans les poubelles, trace de pas dans la chambre. Plusieurs équipements étais aussi débranché, machine à café, meuble avec prises.

Dans l’ensemble un bon séjour mais moins de bruit parasite aurait été apprécié.
