This property was a great find, just outside Siena- beautiful and peaceful!
Pros:

The property was amazing! We loved the beautiful gardens and the peace and quiet. Our room was very nice and overlooked the rose garden. The staff was very friendly, and the food was very good at breakfast and dinner.

Pros:

Chic un peu suranné pour cet établissement, mais c’est ce qui en fait le charme.
Très joli jardin, piscine très agréable, personnel courtois et alerte, lit extrêmement confortable.
A l’écart de la ville avec ce que cela comporte de calme et en même temps… d’éloignement.
Un séjour agréable et reposant. Le restaurant n’est pas exceptionnel et le petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.
Un très joli endroit donc qui pourrait être absolument parfait si le côté culinaire était plus soigné.

Pros:

The structure is beautiful, the room okay. tand the location is really nice. The girl that helped with the breakfast was lovely. but the rudeness and the lack of hospitality of the rest of the staff ruined our stay.

Cons:

the staff is horrible, extremely rude and no level of service at all. When we arrived we were not welcomed but the person behind the desk just watched at us and kept staying in his seat with his back to us. We felt really uncomfortable. they next day when we went to check out, we asked them if we could leave our bags at the reception, to not leave them in the car as we would go into Siena, and did not want to leave valuables in the car. and they responded that actually they were closing today and were not sure if they would still be in the structure at 13 in the afternoon for us to pick up their bags. and also during this interaction they were very rude (and note, we were not informed about this closing before hand or when we checked in). when we came back at 12 we arrived to a closed gate. which after 10 minutes was finally responded to.

Pros:

Posizione comoda, poco fuori Siena ma con collegamenti anche in autobus.
Bellissima villa, molto silenziosa e pulita

Cons:

Colazione decisamente sotto le aspettative considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle, non ho apprezzato il fatto che non ci fosse il buffet ma che ci sia stato chiesto il giorno prima cosa prendere (per poi fornirci delle porzioni ridotte)

Pros:

Incredible gardens and grounds, a variety of spots to sit outdoors, smell the lemon tree blossoms, watch the sun set over lassic Tuscan landscape. Lovely indoor spots to linger as the evening cools.

Cons:

We chose this hotel because it has an outdoor pool, but they closed it for the season a day after we arrived, so I only got one swim. It was sunny and warm mid-October, I was very disappointed. If the pool won't be available it should say so on their site.

Struttura vetusta.
Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Stanza fredda, con presenza di insetti. Ristorante mediocre, colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità e non all’altezza di un 4 stelle!
Peccato perché la struttura è bella e affascinante dal punto di vista architettonico e inserita in uno spazio verde ben curato.

Very isolated, no restaurants or shops within easy walking distance
Very steep driveway up to property from car park. Breakfast very poor, only one member of staff trying to do everything. Poor selection and at 09.00 very little food left
Classic room in annexe, up steps, bathroom downstairs along with small sofa and TV. Bed on mezzanine floor, very dark and claustrophobic. Upgraded to room in main villa which was much nicer.

Pros:

La tranquillità, gli esterni, il fatto che sia immersa nella natura e la cortesia dello staff. Lontano dal caos e dal tram tram. I giardini e la terrazza super.

Cons:

La stanza era nella depandance adiacente e non era il top. La colazione poteva avere un’offerta più ampia di varianti salate.
