Nous avons mangé des pâtes aux écrevisses le soir infâme ! Aucun gout et froid. Nous l'avons signalé, on nous a fait croire à une remise sur le repas qui n'a pas été faite le jour de notre départ. C'est bien dommage pour un établissement de cette type là de faire croire à une remise et de ne rien faire alors qu'on le signale ! Le chef de rang n'a pas du tout sa place. Dommage pour le reste de l'équipe qui a été sympathique

Avant avec l es anciens proprietaires la restauration est a la meme hauteur et le restaurent était complet service formidable . plateau de desert ,formage de région formule 3 plats abordable
Pendant notre séjour nos diners du soir étaient en dessous de tout cuisine toscane
on nous a servi des pates au thon on aurait de la conserve mais pas du thon des carrés roses incipides
Et de plus à deux en moyenne un plat un dersert 120€
Sans alcool pour diner !!!
Le personnel du restaurent fait de son mieux, mais pas former pas présentation de plat et leurs voix à peine audible !!!!

Je vous déconseille fortement le restaurent à éviter à tout pris

colazione internazionale completa, ristorante con rapporto qualita' prezzo molto favorevole, staff gentile, parco curato, piscina pulita. Ci sono molti spazi a disposizione per rilassarsi, giardini, terrazze, salette interne. Vista mozzafiato

la stanza era molto carina e silenziosa, forse il bagno un po' piccolo e da rinnovare
pensate di prevedere una piccola palestra per gli ospiti (di spazio ce n'e')

Très agréables moments passés dans ce bel établissement.

Très bel établissement au calme avec de nombreux espaces verts pour être tranquille , très beau parc, belle piscine, et restant proche du centre Sienne. Personnel au top

Cons:

Salles de bain et climatisation un peu vieillottes. Jus de fruits frais au petit déjeuner seraient un plus.

A relaxing stay in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, the restaurant was cool during the unusually hot weather. The pool was excellent and you could find shade during most parts of the day except early afternoon. The bus stop at the bottom of the drive made it very easy to get into Siena.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more choice of egg dishes at breakfast. Scrambled eggs were the only cooked items on offer, with or without a piece of crispy bacon. I don't know whether an omelette would be available but it would make an excellent option. Otherwise the range of items available at the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Excellent location and beautiful views, and great staff.
Pros:

Amazing views and lovely staff, who were friendly and helpful. There was a bus stop at the bottom of the drive which took you directly into Siena, and the pool was a great place to relax and cool down.

Cons:

The mezzanine rooms were OK, but the stairs to the bed were a bit unsafe, especially if you wanted to visit the toilet in the night - no handrail on one side and a funny shaped step at the top. The bathroom was a little dated, but the showers were good and it was well provided.

A beautiful spot with stunning views close to Siena.
Pros:

A beautiful spot, with a great pool and gardens, and fabulous terrace with incredible views over the Tuscan countryside. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made us very comfortable. It’s a short distance outside Siena so quite easy for traveling. An Aperol Spritz in the gardens at sunset was a highlight.

Cons:

Some of the facilities were a little dated - the shower was quite impractical and uncomfortable to use. We had some issues with the air conditioning but the staff were extremely helpful and worked hard even late at night to get it working for us.

Villa of perfection
Pros:

Second time staying at the Villa though the last was many years ago. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. Easy to get into town and you also get to experience beautiful views from the gardens and property. The pool and pool service were great and is such a nice touch.

Cons:

I have only one complaint. There needs to be a full length mirror in the rooms. Some do have but the room i stayed in did not. Thats my only complaint.
