Un séjour authentique et romantique à Sienne
Pros:

Belle villa au milieu d’un joli parc à l’anglaise entretenu avec soin. La villa porte bien son nom, Sans-Souci, pour un séjour authentique et romantique à Sienne !
Personnel attentionné, soucieux de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible (accueil, bar, restaurant).
Chambres spacieuses et belle suite familiale.
Très bonne literie.
Excellent restaurant.
Très bonne situation, idéale pour rejoindre facilement le centre historique de Sienne : vous laissez votre voiture au parking de l’hôtel et prenez le bus dont l’arrêt est situé juste devant l’hôtel. En 20 à 25 mn vous arrivez place Gramsci. L’hôtel dispose d’un explicatif des horaires pour les deux lignes de bus qui desservent l’hôtel et le centre historique de Sienne.
Idéal pour un séjour romantique ou/et en famille dans la Toscane de nos rêves.

Cons:

Pour le prix tout de même assez élevé du séjour, le petit-déjeuner, quoique correct, n’est pas exceptionnel.

Keine 4 Sterne, aber charmant
Pros:

Der Pool, die Poolliegen und das Bett sind sehr hochwertig. Die Anlage ist schön. Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich, Ein- und Aus-Checken waren einfach. Die Bushaltestelle vor dem Tor ist super und man ist schnell in Siena.

Cons:

Das Sofa und Bad waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Sofa hatte Flecken. Generell ist es im Nebengebäude sehr hellhörig, man hört Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer.
Was uns gestört hat, waren die viel zu teuren Preise für Getränke, vor allem bei alkoholfreien.
Ein Restaurantbesuch lohnt sich nicht.

Beautiful but beware of a few things....
Pros:

This villa is beautiful, and the pool is amazing, but guests need to be aware of a few things:
1. Their online booking website is compromised. We booked directly through the hotel website, and 100% of all of my personal information was stolen. I had someone contacting me through email and phone impersonating the hotel demanding payment or my reservation would be cancelled.
2. They kind of hold you hostage around drinking water. They have multiple signs saying you cannot bring in any food or drink or risk being fined, and they also tell you that you cannot drink the tap water, and then they charge you for water bottles. Since you're out of the city centre, there is nowhere for you to go get drinking water. We drank the tap water and were fine.
3. I understand that a coperto fee to sit at a restaurant is common practise in Italy; however it is absurd to charge this fee to guests who are actively paying to stay at the hotel. This is double dipping and super annoying.

Pros:

Breakfast and service(Ruth) was impeccable.Evening meal superbly cooked and displayed

the numerous notices throughout the property warning residents NOT to bring in food and drinks into the villa(obvious to everyone)

Die Damen am Empfang waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel strahlt den gediegenen Luxus eines alten Landhauses aus. Das Schwimmbad ist bei heißem Sommerwetter eine Oase!

Residenza d’epoca immersa nel verde con un bellissimo giardino

Cons:

Perfetto per chi ha una macchina, perché c’è un ampio parcheggio, ma non è centralissima. ad ogni modo è molto semplice chiamare un taxi farsi portare in centro. la colazione è sicuramente migliorabile.

Cons:

Nous avons mangé des pâtes aux écrevisses le soir infâme ! Aucun gout et froid. Nous l'avons signalé, on nous a fait croire à une remise sur le repas qui n'a pas été faite le jour de notre départ. C'est bien dommage pour un établissement de cette type là de faire croire à une remise et de ne rien faire alors qu'on le signale ! Le chef de rang n'a pas du tout sa place. Dommage pour le reste de l'équipe qui a été sympathique

Hotel typique scienne avec jardin exceptionnel

Je connais cet hotel depuis des années cette maison est exceptionnelle son jardin fait rêver
Avant avec l es anciens proprietaires la restauration est a la meme hauteur et le restaurent était complet service formidable . plateau de desert ,formage de région formule 3 plats abordable
Pendant notre séjour nos diners du soir étaient en dessous de tout cuisine toscane
on nous a servi des pates au thon on aurait de la conserve mais pas du thon des carrés roses incipides
Et de plus à deux en moyenne un plat un dersert 120€
Sans alcool pour diner !!!
Le personnel du restaurent fait de son mieux, mais pas former pas présentation de plat et leurs voix à peine audible !!!!
Note restauent 2/10

Je vous déconseille fortement le restaurent à éviter à tout pris
J espere que la direction fera quelques choses !!!
