Pros:

A kert nagyon szép és a kilátás a kertből.
Saját parkoló az udvarban.
Udvarias kiszolgálás a reggelinél.

Cons:

Nem tetszett a szobánk. Nem felelt meg 4 csillagosnak. Nagyon kicsi, Alig lehetett benne megmozdulni.
Azért választottunk 4 csillagos szállodát, hogy jól érezzük magunkat
A recepción a hölgy (ő ott volt mindig) el akarta kérni a bankkártyámat, hogy ők megnézik. Felháborító!
Miután nem adtam elkért letétbe 200 eurót.
Nem hinném , hogy ezt megtette volna a Japánokkal, Indiaikkal.A lyukba csak mi voltunk és egy ukrán házaspár.
A reggelinél kitéve kiszáradt sütemények.
A másik két szállás kifogástalan volt amit foglaltam,de itt nem volt jó nekünk!
Sajnálom,mert itt 5 éjszakát voltunk és nem ezt vártuk.

The outside was generally nice. The balcony was not inviting though and didn’t have the scenic views we thought it would have

Cons:

The restaurant was very sterile - tables and decor were very bland and 70’s. We had dinner one day it was overpriced and lacked flavour compared to restaurants oitside the hotel. The waiter did not engage or tell us what the muse bouche was. Our room was in the annex and bathroom and settee were down stairs and just enough room for our bed upstairs. Walls were paper thin and each night we heard everything of our neighbours! At breakfast we were only offered cooked breakfast at the end of our stay.

Wieder war ich sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Ich liebe diese Lage, obwohl dieses Jahr das Wetter nicht so mitgemacht hat. Was ich sehr schätze, ist das sehr zuvorkommende Personal. Sei es bei der 24-Stunden-Rezeption, an der Bar oder im Service beim Morgen- und Abendessen. Bei der Busfahrt nach Siena hatten wir eine sehr schöne Begenung mit zwei lieben, jungen Frauen vom Service und von der Küche. Sie zeigten uns, wo wir aussteigen müssen und begleiteten uns danach bis zum Dom. Herzlichen Dank nochmals und liebe Grüsse den beiden.

Havre de paix et beauté en harmonie avec la nature environnante
Pros:

La grande gentillesse de chaque personne qui assure le bon fonctionnement de l’établissement. L’atmosphère qui fleure bon un temps pas si lointain mais révolu. Le magnifique jardin bien entretenu et la paix qu’il faut régner. La situation excentrée qui offre un regard sur les alentours. Une merveille qui réussit à garder son âme.

Dated Villa but OK
Pros:

The place is fine. Nice vintage Italian charm on the outskirts of Siena. No coffee in room and definitely a dated place. I didn't care much it was a night of passing through the area. Manager was a real tough and 'hard' serious lady ruining the vibe of the otherwise very friendly front office staff. Breakfast was average - lovely lady from Kenya managing the show there. I wouldn't stay again.

Cons:

Manager a real unfriendly and unreasonable lady. She didn't understand the concept of a service dog and then threatened to call the police, Was totally unnecessary and uncool her whole attitude towards the problem which could have been managed in a far more relaxed manner.

Hotel je vhodný především pro cestovatele s vlastním autem, není úplně v centru města.
Pros:

snídaně byly skvělé, jak bufet byl bohatý, tak i nabídka obsluhy. Místo má skutečné kouzlo, dlouhou a bohatou historii a úžasné výhledy na Sienu a okolí.
