El trato del personal, la ayuda para conseguir taxi y guardar valijas.

Cons:

La decoración. Siento que podría haber estado muchísimo mejor decorado aprovechando el entorno.

Great hotel. Bad beds.

Beds were terrible. Desk closes at 11 and only stairs are available afterwards. We had previously stayed at the hotel. But the beds were better. We also thought the breakfast had declined.

Great location for walking around Siena. Arrived at Piazza Antonio Gramsci from Rome, easy to find and approx. 8mins walk to hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Beautiful view from balcony.
