Veldig sentralt. Hyggelig betjening. Veranda til begge rom med fin utsikt. Veldig rent. Utmerket frokost til Italia å være

Cons:

Aircondition på det ene rommet var for dårlig i varmen som var der nå, 30 - 35 gr.
Dusjen på andre rommet hadde bare dusjforheng og vannet rant ut i rommet

Céntrico y práctico para visitar Siena.
Pros:

Una excelente ubicación, y son muy atentos con las indicaciones, desde antes de llegar nos pusieron con detalle donde podíamos dejar estacionado el auto.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son viejas y el colchón está incómodo.

Posizione e la colazione. Ambiente pulito.

Cons:

La struttura presenta i segni del tempo. Gli interni sono logori e datati. Gli ambienti pur essendo puliti risultano poco confortevoli perché sono presenti evidenti punti di usura. Muri sporchi, finestre sporche e datate, moquette sul corridoio esterno macchiata e logora.

l'unica cosa decente la colazione e la posizione della struttura.

Cons:

rispetto a quanto pagato non ci siamo trovati per niente bene: nella prima stanza c'era la doccia ma mancava tutto per lavarsi, non c'era la carta igienica di scorta, e l'aria condizionata era pessima. Nella seconda stanza addirittura non funzionava il televisore, la doccia era un tubo che usciva dalla parete e cadeva sopra il WC, con l'impossibilità di lavarsi, questi disservizi neanche nei peggiori alberghi di infima categoria!!!

Hier würden wir wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und sehr nett. Und es gibt auch Cappuccino mit lactosefreier Milch zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Unser Bad hatte leider keine Klimaanlage, so lässt man die Türe eben offen.

La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

El sistema de reserva no es muy amigable. En la continuación de la reserva eb línea, el sistema ambió la fecha que yo había indicado por la de la fecha de carga, sin que yo lo advirtiera. Mi reclamo no fue atendido (a mi juicio) adecuadamente, así que pagué dos veces por la misma noche.

Zentrales Altstadthotel, perfekt für Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Dom, Piazza del Campo und Haupt-Einkaufsstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der vom Hotel angebotene Parkplatz (€30,00/Tag) ist zwar auch in unmittelbarer Nähe aber sehr beengt, Auto wird daher vom Personal hingebracht und nach Voraviso auch wieder zum Hotel geholt, man kann daher bis zum Hoteleingang fahren. Ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber die anderen Parkplätze sind auch nicht viel billiger und etwas weiter entfernt.
Wegbeschreibung vom Hotel für Autozufahrt ist super und man sollte sie auch beachten.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Zimmer und Bad relativ groß, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert.
Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte ein Fenster in einen Innenhof, es wäre ein solches mit einen Blick nach außen natürlich schöner.
Achtung auf den Aufzug, geht nur vom EG in das 2.OG und nur solange die Rezeption besetzt ist (am Abend bis 23:00). Außerhalb dieser Zeiten muss man das Stiegenhaus benutzen. Außerdem kann man die Zimmer im 3.OG nur über eine Stiege vom 2.OG erreichen (wir waren im 2.OG, hat uns daher nicht betroffen).
Frühstücksraum im UG etwas beengt.
