Pros:

The location is top! The hotel is in an old building with amazing views. In the heart of the old Siena. The staff is very helpful. Even though a bit outdated, it is clean, the breakfast is ok. We spent just one night there literally, everything we needed was at place... Also, they took care of a personal belonging we forgot, until we managed to organize its collection a couple of days later. A big thank you for this!

Pros:

Muy céntrico. Habitación amplia. Daba a la parte de detrás de la calle y no se escuchaba ningún ruido . El desayuno muy variado y el personal muy atento en todo lo que necesitamos .

TITOLO: Esperienza da incubo: struttura
Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questo hotel. Quello che viene venduto su Booking come un hotel dignitoso a Siena è, nella realtà, una struttura in condizioni pietose, molto lontana dalle foto patinate del portale.
Ecco i punti principali del nostro (brevissimo) soggiorno, prima di scappare altrove:
• Condizioni igieniche e strutturali: Camera piena di polvere e sporcizia. Muri segnati da profonde crepe e infissi vecchi che non isolano nulla (spifferi ovunque).
• Il "bagno": Definirlo tale è un insulto. Non c’è un box doccia, ma una tendina arrangiata che non sfigurerebbe in un alloggio di emergenza in zone sottosviluppate. Imbarazzante per un hotel che si dichiara tale.
• Sicurezza: Abbiamo trovato il sensore antifumo coperto con dei cerotti (come si vede dalle foto). Una violazione delle norme di sicurezza gravissima e intollerabile.
• Gestione e Professionalità: Dopo aver contestato lo stato della camera, ci hanno tenuti fermi per due ore senza proporre alcuna soluzione. Sostenevano che l'hotel fosse pieno, nonostante su Booking le camere risultassero ancora prenotabili in tempo reale. Un chiaro tentativo di prenderci in giro.
• Mancato Rimborso: Nonostante l'evidente stato di degrado della camera che ci ha costretti a cambiare hotel per disperazione, si sono rifiutati di rimborsarci.
• Informazioni Fuorvianti: La descrizione del parcheggio e dell'accesso alla ZTL è incompleta e volutamente ambigua, creando disagi logistici non indifferenti.
In conclusione: Una mancanza di professionalità totale. Invito Booking a fare controlli seri sui propri affiliati, perché permettere che una struttura simile sia online è una truffa ai danni dei viaggiatori. State alla larga da questo Hotel se volete godervi Siena

Emplacement exceptionnel à 2 pas du Duomo
Pros:

À quelques mètres du Duomo, l'hôtel est accueillant. Le personnel est attentionné, les indications fournies pour arriver en voiture sont claires et précises, différentes options sont proposées pour ensuite garer la voiture. La chambre est de belle dimension, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle avec une très grande douche.
Le petit-déjeuner bien varié satisfera les amateurs de sucré comme de salé.

Chuveiro com grande variação de temperatura da água, sistema de prevenção de incêndio fica piscando dentro do quarto a noite (igual uma rave) e aquecedor (ar condicionado) bem barulhento quando entra e sai.

Ha delle pecche ma rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione è tutto ok per una notte.

Camera molto pulita e colazione abbondante. Ottima anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, che consente di girare la città con più comodità, senza zavorre.

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un po’ più di chiarezza, in fase di prenotazione, sulle modalità di parcheggio: ad esempio, sarebbe utile sapere fin da subito che il parcheggio della struttura è a pagamento, evitando di scoprirlo solo tramite email dopo la prenotazione.

Un possibile miglioramento potrebbe essere indicarlo direttamente come “parcheggio a pagamento”, così da rendere l’informazione più trasparente.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, si potrebbe valutare un sistema diverso per l’allarme antifumo: durante la notte, la luce risulta piuttosto intensa e può dare un po’ di fastidio.
