Ha sido un acierto elegir este hotel, zona inmejorable. Sin duda destacaría, y agradezco, al personal que trabaja en el hotel. Serviciales y gentiles a más no poder. En especial la cocinera, un encanto. Y me gustaría terminar, recalcando la limpieza de la habitación, impresionante. Muchas gracias ha sido un placer! Sin duda si volvemos a Siena repetiremos

Una notte a Siena
Pros:

Nel complesso la struttura è molto gradevole. La stanza era delle dimensioni giuste e dotata dei confort necessari.
Particolarmente apprezzata la colazione a buffet, ricca e variegata con prodotti genuini e freschi.

Cons:

Il letto poteva essere più comodo. La doccia senza il piatto non è confortevole e si rischia di allagare tutto.

Very comfortable and great location.
Pros:

This hotel is right in the heart of the old city. It is very close to the Duomo and Del Campo. There are also many narrow streets and alleys to explore. Many nearby restaurants are closed in January, but the hotel provided a map of nearby eateries and highlighted several that were open. The room was larger than we expected, with a massive walk-in shower, larger than some bathrooms in other hotels. It was rainy when we were there, but the heating system worked well in the room. There was a comfortable sitting area on the 2nd floor. An elevator goes up to the 2nd floor, but only stairs lead to the terrace.
Breakfast was included and had a wide array of options, including healthy seed toppings for granola, a large bowl of fresh yogurt, pancakes and Nutella.

Cons:

The reviews talked about the views. Just know that not all rooms have a view. The rooftop terrace looked over the Tuscan Hills, though. You cannot get here by bus without a long uphill walk, but taxis are readily available to/from the bus station.

Pros:

Es céntrico lo único es que NO tiene parking y gracias a las instrucciones de Paolo hemos llegado sin pasar por la ZTL

Pros:

La ubcación es lo mejor del hotel, al lado del Duomo y de la Plaza. Esta todo muy limpio y el personal es muy agradable.
