Pros:

The location was no more than a 10 min stroll through the old town to the main square. We paid for parking at the hotel which worked very well. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Perhaps the bathroom was a bit dated.... But it worked perfectly.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist nicht gut beschrieben. Man könnte ja gleich in die Wegbeschreibung über booking das richtige Einfahrtstor hinterlegen.

BEATIFUL EXPERIENCE, NOW I NEED A GOOD REST FROM THE HOTEL

THE ROOM WAS HUGE, GOOD BATHROOM. THE BEST WAS THE STAFF, SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPED ME WITH EVERY ISSUE, CALLING A TAXI AND WAITING FOR ME WHEN I CAME IN LATE.
THE HOTEL- AND SIENA IN GENERAL ARE VERY DEMANDING OF YOUR PHYSICAL FITNESS, VERY STIP STREETS AND UNEXPECTED STAIRS. IT IS BEAUTIFUL BUT NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE.

Cons:

IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME THE STAIRS ON THE WAY TO THE ROOM, ALTHOUGH THERE IS AN ELEVATOR FOR THE MAIN STAIRS BUT ARE OTHER STAIRS 1 TO 4 TO GET TO THE ROOMS.

Świetna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na katedrę i pobliskie ogrody i wzgórza. Dobry na krótkie pobyty. Bardzo dobre śniadanie,

Cons:

Mrugający czujnik dymu nad łóżkiem bardzo przeszkadzający w spaniu. Prysznic był obok WC niczym nieoddzielony i po jednej kąpieli woda podpływała pod drzwi wejściowe łazienki.

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommendem, hilfsbereitem Personal.

Solo el desayuno era bueno

Cons:

Muy decepcionada, se entiende por supuesto que el edificio es viejo, pero el mobiliario era igual de viejo . Lo peor de todo y inaceptable para el precio es que el baño no tenía ducha , la ducha era en el mismo suelo !! Un desastre, y por 200 euros que pagamos creo que es inaceptable. Arriba de la cama estaba la luz de incendio que no nos dejó dormir , brillaba muchísimo . Teníamos dos noches ahí y cancelamos la segunda noche, no lo recomiendo para nada
