Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na katedrę i pobliskie ogrody i wzgórza. Dobry na krótkie pobyty. Bardzo dobre śniadanie,

Cons:

Mrugający czujnik dymu nad łóżkiem bardzo przeszkadzający w spaniu. Prysznic był obok WC niczym nieoddzielony i po jednej kąpieli woda podpływała pod drzwi wejściowe łazienki.

Muy decepcionada, se entiende por supuesto que el edificio es viejo, pero el mobiliario era igual de viejo . Lo peor de todo y inaceptable para el precio es que el baño no tenía ducha , la ducha era en el mismo suelo !! Un desastre, y por 200 euros que pagamos creo que es inaceptable. Arriba de la cama estaba la luz de incendio que no nos dejó dormir , brillaba muchísimo . Teníamos dos noches ahí y cancelamos la segunda noche, no lo recomiendo para nada

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommendem, hilfsbereitem Personal.

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, welches ihre Gäste kennt. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider kein Ausblick auf Dom.

Disponibilità del receptionist nel dare indicazioni per parcheggiare e spostarsi nel centro storico.
Posizione centralissima (dalla nostra camera si vedeva il duomo).
Colazione ricca.
Deposito bagagli dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Doccia nel bagno in camera che allaga quasi completamente il bagno.
Terrazzino sporco (peccato perché la vista era stupenda e se fosse stato un po’ più pulito sarebbe stato una bella chicca).

Poorly maintained property, breakfast coffee (americano) was undrinkable, a first since we've been touring Tuscany.

Está muy céntrico y limpio

Cons:

La recepción solo atiende hasta las 11 pm, y reabre a las 7 pm. Y el desayuno se atiende desde las 7. Si eres un caminante peregrino es muy tarde.

Excellent location，nice staff，good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, next to the Duomo di Siena and Piazza del Campo. The hotel is housed in a 500-year-old building with elevator. Nice staff, rooms are well-equipped, bedding is clean and tidy. There is a lounge area with a window facing the cathedral. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The room facilities and furniture were somewhat outdated.
