From the friendly greeting when we arrived to the wonderful service to the amazing food at the restaurant, this was a fu
Pros:

It was absolutely gorgeous! The staff so attentive and friendly. We were within a few miles to some amazing vineyards. The town of Gaiole is very charming.

Cons:

There was scented diffusers all over the property and in our room. It was too strong smelling but we were able to remove it from the room.

Estava tomando o meu café quando eu fui pegar um suco, já tinham retirado todas as coisas da mesa, antes do horário de terminar e nem ao menos me perguntaram o que eu queria.. bem desagradável e desnecessário..

Pros:

Lieu absolument fantastique très calme et agréable avec des équipements excellents, très belle chambre, deux superbes piscines et un spa très agréable et compris dans le prix.

Cons:

Le restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé, de plus les plats sont froids malgré une remarque. Dans ce type d'hébergement cela ne devrait pas se produire

Le cadre magnifique, l’ambiance générale calme et régénératrice, le personnel charmant, le SPA, la piscine extérieure…

Cons:

Literie en mode été alors qu’il faisait encore frais la nuit (on ne chauffe pas la nuit), la partie chaude du petit-déjeuner pourrait être plus chaude.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt verzaubert. Nur die Küche hätte teilwei

Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage, wunderschönes Schloss und Gartenanlage, tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie Obst auf dem Zimmer, Poolbillard, Tennis, Inifinitypool, Indoorpool und Spa. Saubere Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Extrapreise für Eierspeisen, Nicht immer gutes Essen (statt angekündigtem Büffelmozzarella wurde nur normaler Mozzarella serviert). Zu hoher Preis für einen Espresso. Im sehr schönen Spa fehlten im Dampfbad einige Bisazza-Steine. Der Whirlpool hat einen sehr starken Chlorgehalt.

It was a perfect destination in Tuscany.
Pros:

The service was outstanding. We messed up our reservation and didn't account for what we thought was our first night. They handled it and just extended our reservation, making is super simple. The breakfast was awesome as were all of their food and wine. The grounds and amenities like the spa was awesome even though it was cloudy and rained the whole time. Lastly, it was nice and quiet, which we really appreciated.

I can't point to one thing, honestly.
