Lage und Architektur sind wirklich außergewöhnlich – ein historisches Anwesen mit viel Charakter mitten in der toskanischen Hügellandschaft. Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Fitnessstudio ist leider nicht nutzbar – die Geräte sind defekt. Für ein Resort dieser Preisklasse inakzeptabel. Gleiches gilt für die Betten: zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten statt eines Doppelbetts sind bei diesem Preisniveau ein klares Minus.

Das Restaurant ist hochpreisig, liefert qualitativ jedoch nur Mittelmaß. Fertigtortellini in einem Exklusivresort sind schlicht fehl am Platz.

An amazing stay in Tuscany.
Pros:

Castillo Spaltenna is situated on a beautiful spot with amazing views over the Tuscan hills. The hotel and grounds are extremely well kept. The infinity pool is a great place to cool down after a day exploring Tuscany.

Cons:

There was no service at the pool, but we had to walk up to the reastaurant to order.

An amazing stay
Pros:

It was 16 years since my last stay and I regretted I wasted all these years. The Castello di Spaltanna offers an astounding experience.

Cons:

It unfortunately does not accept pets, which is what kept me away

Too many stairs to get to room and bar. The outdoor restaurant area could use some music ( background music ) especially in the evening.

Não há palavras para descrever a experiencia incrível de se hospedar neste Castelo. Fomos muito bem recepcionados! Todos os funcionários se preocuparam em nos proporcionar uma estadia perfeita. O quarto é gigante, tudo muito limpo r organizado. As demais áreas do castelo são fantásticas! Pretendo voltar, com certeza!

It was absolutely gorgeous! The staff so attentive and friendly. We were within a few miles to some amazing vineyards. The town of Gaiole is very charming.

Cons:

There was scented diffusers all over the property and in our room. It was too strong smelling but we were able to remove it from the room.

Estava tomando o meu café quando eu fui pegar um suco, já tinham retirado todas as coisas da mesa, antes do horário de terminar e nem ao menos me perguntaram o que eu queria.. bem desagradável e desnecessário..

Pros:

Lieu absolument fantastique très calme et agréable avec des équipements excellents, très belle chambre, deux superbes piscines et un spa très agréable et compris dans le prix.

Cons:

Le restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé, de plus les plats sont froids malgré une remarque. Dans ce type d'hébergement cela ne devrait pas se produire
