Mal servicio. Me hicieron el cargo doble sin mi autorización la persona de recepción me contestó muy molesta aún y cuando le mostré que ya me habían realizado el cargo y de una manera prepotente y sin autorización tomó los datos de la Tdc registrada para hacer el cargo.

Had a great time.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. It was very clean, was a very convenient location. Room was ready when we arrived and staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

The directions on parking were a bit confusing but staff assisted us once we arrived.

Exceptionally beautiful location over looking the beautiful countryside. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast

A beautiful stay with friendly staff!!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel. They had a great breakfast, and the view was incredible!! The staff were friendly and wonderful! The town clears out around 4:00/4:30 PM, as the day-trippers leave, a great place to visit. Very fun, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel!!

A great stay- no comment.
