Beautiful views!
Pros:

The pool and views were excellent! The hotel was clean as was the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Within 15 minute walk to San Gimignano. Car park too!

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected and a little basic.

Great view by the pool, clean and owners friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We found the hotel quite basic and rooms small but this could be general in Italy. The use of the one toilet in your room and no other toilet onsite was awkward at times when there is two of you and cleaner is your room etc. The electric tripped in the room easily (about 20 times with hair dryer on) but fuse box in room. Round the pool is uneven grass so hard to lay on sun-bed comfortably so not ideal if you’re a sun seeker and don’t mind feeling like you’re falling down a hill. Hotel is out of town but a bus is easy and cheap to get into San Gimignano. Hotel view is gorgeous but near a road so not as peaceful as it looks.

Fijne, rustige plek op aan de rand van San Gimignano.
Pros:

Fijne, rustige plek op loopafstand van het dorp San Gimignano. De auto kun je gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en kon ook op de dag van vertrek nog een paar uur blijven staan toen we nog het dorp in gingen.

Pros:

It’s in a handy location walking distance to the old town. The hotel is in great condition and great value for money. Room was very clean with small modern bathroom. Very comfortable. Very friendly reception staff. Most helpful. Good car parking.

The 2 sisters who managed the property were extremely accommodating and keep a very well maintained property.
Pros:

Great location very walkable to downtown. Good exercise after dinner and wine.

Cons:

Room and bathroom could use to be a bit bigger but no problem.
