L hotel ha una bellissima piscina che consente un vero relax. Il personale è squisito, in particolare il maitre sig. Sebastiano che accoglie a tutti i pasti con un garbo ed un educazione di altri tempi.

Posizione della struttura molto vicino all’isola di Ortigia.

Cons:

Piu’ che un hotel lo definirei un B&B per il fatto che dalle 19:00 la reception chiude e poi bisogna entrare ed uscire con le chiavi. Colazione da evitare assortimento scarso cornetti surgelati cotti male,da un lato bruciati e dall’altro lato crudi. Siamo arrivati alle 14:00 e ci hanno consegnato la camera alle 15:30.

nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel du 23 aout au 26 aout 2026 dans la chambre quadruple, Betty à l'accueil et Francesco au restaurant ont été d'une gentilesse exemplaire et d'un grand professionalisme !

niveau restauration, tout était délicieux du petit déjeuner au restaurant !

la piscine grandiose et l'eau parfaitement propre

le service de chambre parfait ! la literie très bonne !

nous reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand grand plaisir et nous allons parler de votre établissement autour de nous !

We had an exceptional stay from August 23 to August 26, 2026, in the quadruple room. Betty at the front desk and Francesco at the restaurant were exceptionally kind and highly professional!

As for the food, everything was delicious—from breakfast to the restaurant!

The pool was magnificent, and the water was perfectly clean.

The room service was perfect! The bedding was very comfortable!

We’ll be back next year with great, great pleasure, and we’ll be telling everyone we know about your hotel!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccezionale dal 23 al 26 agosto 2026 nella camera quadrupla; Betty alla reception e Francesco al ristorante sono stati di una gentilezza esemplare e di grande professionalità!

Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, tutto era delizioso, dalla colazione al ristorante!

La piscina è magnifica e l’acqua perfettamente pulita.

Il servizio in camera è perfetto! I letti sono molto comodi!

Torneremo l’anno prossimo con grande, grande piacere e parleremo della vostra struttura a tutti quelli che conosciamo!

Camere ordinate e pulite. Piscina meravigliosa e ottima colazione. Staff molto gentile e sempre a disposizione.

Cons:

Il climatizzatore della nostra camera era un pò rumoroso.
Arredamento in generale un pò datato ma in ottime condizioni.

Cons:

La vétusté des équipements , chambres et mobilier très désuets. Les salles de bains vieillottes et cabine de douche très étroites, armoires défectueuses vieillissantes . Surtout pour ce standing , il faudrait rafraîchir l’hôtel. . Les maillots qui jaunissent dans la piscine !!

Pool area lovely. Good air conditioning. Quiet. Good for families. Need a car which we Heidi good

Lifeguard was a bit officious. Pool rules said dive away from people but not in shallow area. She had her whistle out the second anyone dived

Il y a des règles pour la piscine qui ne s’appliquent pas apparemment à tout le monde notamment aux enfants du propriétaire d’après la maître nageuse et la serveuse qui étaient présents ce jour là .
Mon petit fils ainsi que d’autres enfants se faisaient reprendre constamment, alors que les 3 enfants cités plus haut sautaient constamment dans la piscine, faisaient des saltos sans que personne ne dit rien.
Les 2 personnes qui surveillaient la piscine ont été odieuses lorsque nous leurs avons demandé pourquoi il y avait une différence.
Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner, une des serveuses était justement une des 2 personnes qui surveillait la piscine, elle a été très hautaine et non professionnel en passant devant nous plusieurs fois sans débarrasser quoi que ce soit!!
