The room and the overall experience was amazing. Location was perfect and we really enjoyed it.
The valet parking could have been better described. Cash only proved slightly challenging and I was told a higher price than what was originally mentioned. I would ask that you reevaluate the parking deck restriction on hybrid vehicles (as well as EVs). We had to change some of out plans due to the difficulty of not being able to park onsite.
Beautifully decorated, very comfortable hotel in central location with friendly and helpful staff.
The canal view rooms are light and bright with a high standard of amenity awell worth the additional expense and in my view very good value for money for central stay in large, major city

La décoration intérieure de l'hôtel correspond tout à fait à un séjour romantique, tel que je le souhaitais. Le personnel est très prévenant et agréable, et les chats, mascottes de l'établissement, sont tout à fait conformes à la description qui en avait été faite.
Seul bémol sur le séjour : il n'y a pas de placard de rangement dans la chambre que nous avions (et probablement dans aucune autre), donc nos affaires sont restés dans les valises. C'est jouable sur 3 jours mais pas plus : dommage. Par ailleurs, il y a bien une machine expresso dans la chambre, avec des capsules remises à niveau chaque jour, mais la femme de ménage n'a pas rajouté de gobelets en carton en même temps que les capsules : ce n'est pas très pratique…

Non aver potuto includere la prima colazione in fase di prenotazione e averla dovuta pagare separatamente alla struttura.
This hotel has charm it’s eccentric. It’s beautifully decorated in a bold and charming way. I loved all the faux flowers. I loved the Floral upholstery and of course I love the cats who are residents of this hotel.

Small thing having to hand key in (heavy!)and having to wait at times to get it back.
An excellently presented boutique hotel overlooking one of the canals with good tram connections to central station and other parts of the city.
It’s style, facilities like the free coffee and biscuits in the lounge and the helpfulness of the staff.
Alles war einfach fantastisch – von der Lage über die Ausstattung bis hin zum Frühstück und dem unglaublich freundlichen Personal. Für uns steht fest: Wenn Amsterdam, dann nur dieses Hotel!
Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz – wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben.
