Some good, but...
Pros:

I noticed a few 5 stars, which I'm always suspicious of, so here's a review from someone who's stayed there. Overall, great stay, the hotel is 5 minutes from Dam square, right in the middle of the nine streets, kinda expensive shops but great bars and restaurants, hotel staff we found great, the cats are a bit stand offish but so is the one we live with, so fine, our room was OK, for what we paid only got a view of the lift, but it's a bit more if you want a view of the canal, fair enough.
Great decor but I think to be a four star hotel it would need a proper restaurant, it's really only breakfast and that's buffet.
The not so good, hotel wants 70 euros A NIGHT, deposit, I'm guessing because of the large amount of hens and stags going to Amsterdam, so if that's you avoid, we were a couple and the deposit was returned to our bank the next day ( minus the tourist tax, bah humbug)
So will we be back... Yes, great location, great styling, might actually pay for a canal view next time, and there's plenty good bars around...

Väldigt mysigt hotell! Bra frukost med bla färskpressad apelsinjuice. Saknade dock att kunna beställa omelett.

Fantastich, wij komen terug
Pros:

De sfeer en de lekkernijen in de blauwe zone. Ook de locatie en de unieke kamers, de liftvloer is leuk voor foto’s en de indeling van het hotel. De kleuren, decoraties en details zijn geweldig mooi. De buitenlandse jongens (ben de namen vergeten) zijn ontzettend behulpzaam met je koffers als je eenmaal in het hotel aankomt. Zij zijn heel attent, oprecht geïnteresseerd en zeer behulpzaam. Mijn complimenten!

Cons:

Helaas is er geen makkelijke weg om met zware koffers het hotel binnen te stappen ivm het trappetje. Het viel op dat er niemand in de buurt was om vanaf buiten de koffer te tillen naar binnen. Sommige hotels hebben een man bij de portier staan die met je koffer helpt.
Af en toe was het jonge personeel achter de receptie iets de giegelig met elkaar in het bijzijn van de gasten. Niet perse storend maar misschien wel handige feedback.

Absolutely perfect, with touches of class and sophistication that were a rare treat.
Pros:

Everything!! The ambiance was perfect, the hotel decor was amazing and the service was impecable. I loved all the little touches in the room that added comfort and joy. Finally, the space was clean and the cats were beautiful. 10/10.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay there for longer. This place is so perfect, I would do a 4-5 night stay just to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. I wanted to just sit in every common area space and soak in the luxury.

Birthday break at this wonderful hotel
Pros:

My husband and I visited this beautiful hotel for a 2 night break last week. Everything was perfect, the stunning bedroom, friendly and kind staff and fantastic bar area with the best cocktails and plentiful breakfast. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained and very tastefully decorated. I could have just stayed in the hotel for the whole time we were there as it was so comfortable and welcoming. Very well located and easy to walk to the fabulous Nine Streets and Anne Frank's house. We did a canal boat trip which was so interesting and we learnt a lot about Amsterdam. Big thank you to all the staff we met there especially Stephanos. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we will definitely be going back with our daughter. Thank you from Karen and Marios
