Resepsiyon görevlisi bir kız yüzünden tatilimizi erkene çektik rezervasyonumuz bulunduğu halde yok dedi ve uçak biletini bir gün önceye aldık çıkış yaparken rezervasyonumuzun bulunduğunu söylediler şok olduk orada bulunan Türk bir kız bize yok yardım etti çok teşekkür ederiz
Beautiful decor in room, lobby was a lovely place to spend time, location was perfect
The room was very small and dark. All windows looked into other rooms so you could not even open the curtains. Housekeeping based their cart outside of our room every morning which was loud. Bathroom was tiny and very, very dated and not even close to the photos posted on their website. The front desk staff were not very helpful and accommodating when we politely asked several times to see if another room was available. Their response was in the tone of "you get what you paid for". Finally we gave us asking.
The communal areas were beautiful
My room no bath the room was booked as two single beds but there was no room to split the beds. It had a double shower a separate toilet but no bath. I got a canal view but this was marred by Barge repair activities and one barge that was a cruise emptying glasses chinking alcohol bottles late in the evening
I love this hotel, it is a feast for the eyes.

Prachtig ingericht hotel. Mooie lobby en fijne hotel bar. Valet parking was perfect geregeld en voor een hele nette prijs.
Geboekt 3 dagen voor aankomst. Op de dag van aankomst was de prijs voor een kamer gehalveerd. Systeem van vraag en aanbod maar toch een tegenvallertje. Van 700euro per nacht naar 345 euro geeft toch een naar gevoel. Dit aangekaart bij de receptie en als tegemoetkoming het ontbijt aangeboden gekregen. Een nette oplossing :-).

The bathroom needed more shelves and more hooks
I found the bathroom to be very unsafe. There were no bars to hold onto. To enter the bathtub, you had to climb up high to enter which is very dangerous for older people and there were no bars to support this.
I requested two beds, what we received was a bed pulled apart, in a room that was too small for 2 adults. No space for luggage.
