Pros:

Excellent location and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Major refurbishment underway. The lobby is undergoing major works and the stairs (emergency exits) were cluttered with tools and building materials which is hazardous in case of fire etc.

Sink didn't drain in the bathroom.

Great location but keep in mind still renovating
Pros:

Super comfy beds and really kind staff who are available 24/7. Incredible location super close to everything

Cons:

Very very much still under construction (which they shared in advance) but meaning lobby is a working zone, water didn’t work in room until someone turned off and fixed, wifi doesn’t work, etc

De kamer was erg comfortabel en de medewerkers erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er was een renovatie gaande waar wij geen berichtgeving over gehad hadden. Hierdoor was er geen lobby, het pad naar de lift was elke keer een puzzel en obstakel, het water is meerdere keren uitgevallen, de stroom is een keer uitgevallen, de wifi is twee keer uitgevallen.

Ook werden de prullenbakken niet geleegd, de vloer niet of niet goed gepoetst en werden de handdoeken niet zonder extra vragen ververst.

Verder miste de drank en snack automaten vanwege de renovering.

Ook is er drie keer aangeklopt in de eerste avond voor problemen met de water leidingen. Overigens waren er bijna de hele tijd problemen met het water. Zoals sputterend water bij het aanzetten van de kraan en douche nadat het water was uitgevallen of toen we net aankwamen.

Fab can't wait to see you again.
Pros:

No breakfast included. Because tourists abourist it,ate like pigs then left half i simpothe with the hotel

Cons:

I say this about all hotels in nl,shower cubicles need slip matts especially for the elderly have tripped twice but not put in a claim. Maybe....

Wait for the renovations to end for access to better rooms
Pros:

Location is a 5-min walk from Amsterdam Centraal which is a bonus point.

Cons:

Room lacks a window and it felt a bit suffocating. The fridge is just like a tiny cupboard with a blue light - no cooling, whatsoever. Staff can be more helpful.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and maybe there will be better rooms after July

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were amazing. Disappointed with room & cleaning(in the process of remodeling) . Glad I had disposable sheets . Cleanliness is a must.
