Location, room and staff. Breakfast was great too.

The hotel is in a great location - only about 10 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal station and well connected for transport. Most of the sights are walkable. We had a canal view room which we liked - but the room was small and the bathroom was quite tiny. The room was clean though and bed was comfortable. The front desk is attended 24/7 and staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was really small and no aircon.

Fantastic hotel, with beautiful rooms, great location and lovely breakfast. The only thing we didn‘t like was the bed, hard and not very comfortable.
