Avoid this place unless you like bed bugs
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

This place has bed bugs (August 2026). I had to leave the hotel early due to it and never got a refund, even though I sent them emails and had calls where they said they will return the money.

An okay place to stay as long as they keep the prices low.
Pros:

Good bed, good breakfast, great location.

Cons:

Rooms are getting tired, corridors are getting worn, and lighting is not great, neither in the room nor in the corridor.

Very small rooms and bathrooms, we arrived with 35 degrees and no ac only one broken electric fan, shower broken and I needed to request to change my room. Very poor service in terms of housekeeping. My son and I got a skin allergy there most problably from the towels and bed linen that wasn’t changed for the 6 nights we spent there. Hotel just keep the soiled towel in a cage in the middle of corridor. My room wasn’t moped or vacum
Poor quality mattress, only 1 pillow per guest
Every day I needed to ask for amenities in the room even toilet paper I needed to request. Not as expected at all. Disappointing stay

Ubicació i esmorzar correcte.

Cons:

Habitacio molt petita, especialment el bany, era molt incòmode. Les instal•lacions incòmodes, per accedir-hi has de baixar unes escales perilloses o pujar a un montacàrregues.

Toplocatie, maar wel wat verbeterpunten
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch, en de loungeruimte is gezellig met een dakterras erbij.

Cons:

We zaten 4 hoog, was erg heet toen we binnen kwamen. De badkamer rook niet fris, en het behang zat los, vlek op de lampenkap, ventilator heel stoffig...gaf geen frisse indruk. Toen we uit gingen checken ook geen vraag hoe we het hadden gehad. Zonde, want de locatie is top.

Ottima location e pulizia ,stanza un po' piccola
Pros:

Ottima posizione e pulito. Ottima qualità prezzo. Zona molto signorile ,un piacere passeggiare la sera. La vicinanza al parco più grande di Amsterdam un plus.

Pros:

Clean sheets and room cleaned everyday. The location for museums and restaurants was perfect.

There was no air conditioning. Room was very hot and fans just blew hot air around.

Super Lage!
Sehr nettes Personal.
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Man kann die Koffer auch schon vor Check-In im Hotel abgeben und schon los ziehen und die Stadt erkunden.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
