便利だが快適ではない
Pros:

立地は国立美術館などに近く、中心部から離れて公園などもある。飲食店やスーパーもあり、便利。エレベーターがあるのは助かる。

Cons:

すぐ横をトラムやバスが通過する通りがあるため、絶えず騒音振動がある。エアコンなしのため、窓を開けて扇風機にしているため、どうしても床が汚れ、持って行ったスリッパ代わりのビーチサンダルは真っ黒になっていた。
部屋は全体に狭く、まっすぐ歩きにくいくらいで、大人二人では更に大変だろう。伝統ある建物を活用してホテルにするには、あれが仕方ないのだろう。
冷蔵庫はあるが、ほとんど冷えないので、食材の傷みに注意。
地下の朝食はバラエティが少ないが高く、一度しか利用しなかった。

Não conseguimos nos acomodar. Tomamos prejuízo. E tivemos que achar outro local em cima da hora.

Não ficamos no hotel. Ao chegar, o quarto que nos foi destinado era muito menor que o descrito, além de ser um quarto sotão, onde nossas cabeças batiam no teto em diagonal, e não havia nenhum espaço para colocar-mos as malas abertas no quarto. A cama ficava no canto, sendo que quem iria dormir na parede não tinha como sair da cama sem passar por cima da outra pessoa. O quarto não tinha nenhum espaço para transitar, apesar de no anuncio dizer que possuía 10m². Conversamos na recepção para saber se tinha algum quarto onde pudessemos nos hospedar como minimo de conforto, mas o recepcionista nos informou que o hotel estava todo lotado. Pedimos então que o proprietário nos reembolsasse, pois não tínhamos como ficar hospedados em um quarto mínimo, sem conforto nenhum, durante cinco dias. Ele não nos respondeu, tampouco a plataforma. Acabamos ficando no prejuízo e tivemos que locar um outro hotel, em cima da hora, e pagar por todo o prejuízo sozinhos, por que a estadia não teve como nos acomodar como prometeu. Realmente, eu nunca me decepcionei tanto com reservas por aqui. Um descaso total. PS: O salão do café tambem é minúsculo, sendo necessário você informar previamente o horário que irá tomar café, pois não acomoda muitos hospedes ao mesmo tempo. Se não tem condições de hospedar tantas reservas quanto vende, deveria rever o modelo do negócio.
