Pros:

Great location, staff were friendly and made a few recommendations on where to eat.

Cons:

Since we arrived after 11am, it was difficult to pull 2 suitcases from the main street to the entrance of the hotel.

Adoramos a estadia!
Pros:

O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso!
Tinha ar condicionado e gostamos na limpeza do hotel!

Cons:

A única coisa que temos a dizer é em relação
Ao barulho da rua do hotel, que acaba prejudicando um pouco o sono.
Mas não é culpa do hotel, apenas uma observação do único incômodo.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el personal amable y el desayuno muy bueno

Buen desayuno, excelente ubicación ya que caminando te puedes mover a todos lados y se encuentra muy cerca de los principales sitios turísticos y el personal muy amable en su trato y hablan varios idiomas.

Cons:

La caja fuerte que estaba bloqueada y nunca la desbloquearon.

Apesar do incidente do perfume, o Best Western Dam Square Inn foi uma ótima escolha para Amsterdam.
Pros:

A localização para quem vai a Amsterdam pela primeira vez é excelente, perto de quase todas as atrações turísticas. O café da manhã é bom, o hotel é calmo, seguro, tudo funcionou bem, elevador, ar condicionado, limpeza. Certamente, valeu a pena a escolha.

Cons:

Infelizmente, apesar das boas qualidades do hotel, no segundo dia da hospedagem, levaram um pequeno vidro de perfume que estava na bancada do banheiro, junto a outros produtos de higiene. Reportamos na portaria, mas nada foi feito, ficamos sem o vidro (que era usado justamente para viagem) e sem o perfume.
