Not safe - especially for females
Cons:

Initially all was fine but a member of hotel staff entered our room when do not disturb signs were present. They performed disgusting acts leaving behind disgusting evidence. Complaint raised, police involved, but we had to fly home to the UK. 2 female staying alone and this happened, on of us only 17 yr old. Very scary and disgusting. Had to barricade door using chairs. Paid extra as this was a Best Western to feel safe, but the independent hotel staff was to blame. Police had to attend. Do not stay at this hotel.

The location was good, very close to Dam Square

Cons:

It was very noisy- we could hear people banging around, walking in the room above us, and in the halls. Housekeeping was not good, beds not made up on our last day there, dirty towel was left on the floor beside the bed, and they only replaced 1 towel that day. Shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor. Hot water would get cold during your shower multiple times! Staff are not friendly, never smile, don’t acknowledge you coming and going. Breakfast was not much (cold cuts, boiled eggs, bread) and the coffee machines were not good at all. The “fresh” brewed pot of coffee sits there all day and they don’t make a fresh pot for hours. It was my second time staying there but it will be the last.
