Excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Nicer part of central Amsterdam. Staff helpful when we asked for plates and cutlery for our takeaway. Rituals toiletries in the rooms are a nice touch.
Better signage for rooms beyond 16 would be beneficial, we were room number 24 and the sign reads 10-16 so we had no clue where to go and staff weren't so helpful when asking.

Fantastic- we will be back
Pros:

Very local and easy to access everywhere. We shared a 3 bed room and it as a great size. Clean bathroom with fantastic toiletries. Staff were very friendly and the free tea/coffee was a bonus with the vending machine.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, camere piuttosto nuove.

Cons:

Muri come fazzoletti, i vicini di stanza sembravano in camera mia. Caldo infernale e mancanza di condizionatori. Acqua calda a tratti. Staff alla reception non cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo piuttosto basso.

Location is excellent. Rituals in the rooms - a really nice touch. Staff really helpful when we asked for some plates and cutlery to have a takeaway in the room.

Cons:

Asked for a quiet room well in advance but got put on the street side. Trams are quite loud & the bins were collected very early so were all woken up.
Signs for rooms beyond number 16 would be better to be sign posted, we couldn’t find our room initially and receptionist wasn’t that helpful in explaining where it was. Sign stated rooms 1-16 up the stairs but actually 16-24+ were also up there. One of the sides of the bed really dipped, almost like the bed was broken but it didn’t seem to be (in room 24)

Cons:

-quite noisy with group/family guests in the lobby, stairs, and hallways. Was it a holiday season?
-the floor/ceiling must be thin; you could hear other guests walking in other rooms.
Recommend: Prepare to take ear plugs if you don’t want to wake up at 5:00am because of the noise from outside your room, then you should have no problem.

Excellent location and would stay again.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Around the corner from most places I wanted to see.
Also, the all-day coffee and water bar were a bonus. Bathroom facilities were very good.

Zentrale Lage in einem sauberen, modernen Hotel.
Pros:

Zentrale aber ruhige Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof und konnten problemlos bei gekipptem Fenster schlafen.
Die Betten erschienen erst recht weich, waren aber sehr bequem und überhaupt nicht durchgelegen.
Das Badezimmer war sauber, stylisch gefliest und die Dusche hatte ordentlich Druck.
Das Frühstück hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die gratis Kaffeespezialitäten in der Lobby sind großartig.
Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich.
Das WLAN war stabil und schnell.
