Satisfeita. O hotel entregou o que estava descrito, nenhuma surpresa negativa.
Pros:

Quarto amplo, café da manhã bom com preço justo, apesar de não ficar no centro nem próximo da estação de trem, o bonde passava na porta. Boa localização para ir nos Museus a pé.

Cons:

Eu não gostei de subir 2 lances de escada com mala, mas não foi surpresa para mim. Eu já sabia que era assim, e aceitei, então não tenho do que reclamar.

Pros:

Friendly staff who were happy to help when asked.
Rooms were small which was fine for us, as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Bed was comfortable.
A Cosy reception / breakfast area.

Cons:

Had to request housekeeping and fresh towels when we wanted. The room was stuffy, so we requested a fan which helped. Ceiling fan would be better.
This property has steep staircase and no lift which would not suit some people.

overall it wasn’t as bad as i feared it might be based on the previous reviews, but it didn’t blow my mind either.
Pros:

the location was great, just 10 min from the centre by tram, cool cafes and shops nearby. we had a view into the courtyard so the traffic wasn’t noisy.

Cons:

the bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell. the bathroom floods very easily. one of the lights wasn’t working.

Pros:

The locations is perfect. Next to the museums and the park. Direct tram to central station.
The room was spacious
The personal was excellent
Nice breakfast

Cons:

The room was bare from furniture so it made it less friendly our stay (almost for a week with our clothes on a suitcase) a bit sad.
The access to the room was a typical Dutch stair and it was a bit difficult to get downstairs with our luggage.

Pros:

Ontbijt was heerlijk. Prachtige locatie, knus en gezellig.

Cons:

Het rolgordijn in de kamer was stuk. Het raam bij openen, was niet goed aan de bovenkant vastgemaakt.
