City break - Amsterdam
Pros:

- dogodna lokalizacja (do centrum bardzo szybko można dojechać np tramwajem nr 2; w pobliżu spory park)
- wygodne łóżka
- widok z okna na kamienice
- stosunkowo niska cena za pokój
- pokoje były posprzątane, czyste
- w pokoju 3osobowym aneks kuchenny, lodówka, płyta kuchenna i inne kuchenne przybory
- hotel idealny na krótki pobyt w celach jedynie noclegowych
- możliwość wykupienia śniadania na miejscu

Cons:

- nie wszystkie pokoje były przygotowane na czas zameldowania ( z 3 wypożyczonych 1 pokój był nieprzygotowany)
- w pokojach brakowało czystych ręczników ( był tylko jeden na pokój) ale po zgłoszeniu zostały dostarczone
- lokalizacja bezpośrednio przy ulicy powoduje, że w pokoju hotelowym było dość głośno ale nie na tyle żeby nie można było spać
- okno w pokoju nieco nieszczelne przez co było dość chłodno leżąc przy oknie
- gniazdko przy łóżku nie działało
- pokoje nie są nazbyt dźwiękoszczelne

The staff made me wait outside in the cold for 15 min. My booking was not organized well. And the room was not clean but used.

A gem hotel in the Center
Pros:

The wonderful staff were so welcoming and helpful! They all went out of their way to ensure I had all I needed! The rooms were clean as were the common area.

Cons:

Nothing! I had a long stay and got to know all of the staff and sit and enjoy the Neighbour’s Magnolia which there actually is! The neighbors do have a beautiful magnolia tree which was flowering while I stayed there. So peaceful and serene!!!

Fantastiskt läge och som tidigare nämnts fantastiskt hjälpsam personal.
Pros:

Bra frukost och framför allt fantastikt hjälpsam personal!

Cons:

Lite hårda sängar för min del men eftersom vi fick ett rum med tre sängar och singelsängen var mjuk så var det inget problem.

Pros:

Location perfetta, si arriva in centro on circa 30min a piedi o poche fermate di tram.
Stanza grande,comoda,pulita.
Staff gentile.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto.
Unica cosa (ovviamente non la colpa della struttura e siamo stati anche noi troppo poco preparati), nel caso si viaggia con cani grandi che non possono essere portati in braccio, le scale sono un'po complicate e pericolose. Ovviamente capisco che sono proprio le case ad Amsterdam fatte così e non dipende dalla struttura, ma forse nel caso dei cani non abbituati a fare le scale,non è proprio la scelta top.

A fab hotel, warm staff and great for a family city break
Pros:

The location was excellent - really easy to get to from the airport and then really easy to get to Vondelpark and the city centre on the tram.
The staff were so helpful! Really warm and welcoming when we arrived, and then really generous and accommodating during our stay.
The room was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette and bathroom attached. Perfect for our stay.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Pros:

Posizione buona, vicino alla fermata del tram. La colazione era buona anche se sarebbe sufficiente qualche piccolo dettaglio per renderla migliore, sia come offerta che come stoviglie e apparecchiatura. Letto comodo e pulito.

In ordine non mi è piaciuto il check-in: difficoltà nel rispondere al citofono e al telefono, poi non trovando la stanza che era in un altro palazzo (il signore che parlava ha detto che non era mai stato nella struttura)., abbiamo richiamato due volte ma non ci ha più risposto. Non ho trovato gli asciugamani in camera e ho dovuto aspettare la mattina dopo per averli. La pulizia della struttura e della stanza in generale, non sono per niente curati. moquette macchiata.Il bagno era bello, ristrutturato da poco ma purtroppo con molto odore per problemi di impianto credo. mancavano anche le grucce nell'armadio.Siamo rimaste due notti ma non sono passati per sistemare la stanza dopo la prima notte.
