Great location! Approx 15 minute walk to Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, and Vondelpark. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable/clean room with wifi and TV with AirPlay.
Housekeeping only comes after the third night, but I have experienced this in other hotels so it was not a big deal. You can always ask staff at reception for clean towels or toilet paper if needed.
The location was good
The room was filthy. The carpet had many stains and it felt very grimey. The room probably hadn't been dusted in years. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The room had very bad ventilation because it was in the basement. The patio was nice but completely unmaintained.
There was mold on the window and the walls, the water in the bathroom had no pressure.
Hotel on the number 2 tram route so easy to get to and from shops, museums etc
Nothing
It was nice and good location
The staff wasn't too friendly, the room wasn't very clean and the bathroom door didn't close at all
Everything!

very friendly staff, very comfortable, very tasty breakfast
