Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l’The Neighbour's Magnolia et nous avons été très agréablement surprises.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, plus proche du centre-ville d’Amsterdam et à seulement 13 minutes à pied du Musée Van Gogh. Des stations de tram se trouvent à deux pas, et si l’on aime marcher, le centre est facilement accessible à pied.
Nous avons adoré notre chambre. Nous nous y sommes senties comme chez nous. Elle était grande, très confortable, bien chauffée, avec un grand lit et une très belle salle de douche qui semblait récemment rénovée. Nous avions également une immense terrasse — s’il avait fait beau, nous y aurions passé encore plus de temps !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions : des pommes en cadeau, une bouilloire avec sachets de thé et café, ainsi qu’un petit réfrigérateur. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, varié, et le café et le thé étaient gratuits, avec la possibilité de se servir à la machine toute la journée, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Je tiens à mentionner tout particulièrement la jeune fille à l’accueil, qui a été extrêmement gentille, adorable avec ma fille et moi, toujours à l’écoute et disponible. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment marqué notre séjour.
Franchement, cet hôtel était encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

Shower does not have a proper pan and floods the bathroom. The lobby is nice. The breakfast is so-so.
Pros:

This was my first place I stayed in Europe and wanted my own room to get my bearings. The staff is very nice and the lobby area is comfy. The room itself was pretty good.

Cons:

The shower needs a better pan or a way to stop water flooding all over the floor. That was irritating and ruined my floor towel.

La localisation sur la ligne 2 du tramway et la description (qui s'est révélée mensongère) de booking.com

Cons:

La chambre réservée devait comporter un lit double. Finalement cela était un local au sous sol avec un lit simple. Pas de serviette de bain dans la "chambre" qui ressemblait plus à un couloir de 2 metres de large qu'une chambre... Pas de télécommande pour la TV, surchauffée, sale.... A oublier...

Lovely hotel in a peaceful area beside Vondelpark
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel in a good location, 2 mins walk to Vondelpark which is lovely, and 5 mins walk from the Museum district. This part of town is really quiet and peaceful and quite elegant which we loved, you can tell that its mostly locals living there. There is also a tram stop outside the hotel which brings you into the city centre with regular trams. The hotel itself is in very good condition, fresher than some places you can find in Amsterdam and the reception / dining area was really nicely decorated and cosy. Room was a good size for two people, clean, good functioning radiator so temperature was fine and bathroom facilities were fine. Also a breakfast provided in the morning, it was fairly basic but had everything you need to start the day (cold meats, cheese, bread, crackers, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee). Staff were really nice and helpful too! Overall perfect place to stay for a few days and we'll likely book here again when we come to Amsterdam!

Cons:

Only real downside was the bed was sloping slightly so we had the rather comical situation where my partner would be slowly rolling over to my side of the bed! Wasnt a big issue and the bed itself and pillows etc were comfy so it was fine. Also maybe good for older / less physically able people to be aware that if you get a room on the top floor there are two very steep staircases (very typical in Amsterdam), it was fine for us but for some they may be quite challenging.

Удобное расположение, рядом остановка трамвая в город до центрального вокзала и остановка автобуса в аэропорт.Близко основные музеи и уютные ресторанчики. Номер достаточно просторный,в целом для зимнего периода тепло.

Cons:

Номер был расположен на мансарде,т ч сложно поднимать чемодан, особенно финальная лестница уже на самый верх. Уборки за пять дней не было вообще, даже не предложили выкинуть мусор или поменять полотенца. Завтраки приемлемые за такую цену,но однообразные. Читала про комплимент с бутылочкой вина при заселении, ничего такого не было. И да, уже было в отзывах про запах канализации в ванной, проблема есть и решается закрытием двери туда.
